阿靈頓五角大樓戴斯酒店(Days Inn by Wyndham Arlington Pentagon)

The property is fine, and the staff is friendly and kind. However, the cleanliness of the room was not as desired. The floor looked clean, but my feet turned black if I walked barefoot. The bedcloth is clean, and the toilet towels are as well. I took two rooms; one of them had a strong cigarette smell despite the no smoking sign. We changed it to another room, but the guests in the next room smoked, and the scent moved to our room. One of the rooms had the washing tub clogged. We requested to clean it, but they said the staff would come tomorrow! The water fluctuates between hot and cold; no one can adjust it! The breakfast options were limited: only cereals, oatmeal, jam, and drinks, with no cheese, eggs, or fruits. There was no elevator, so we had to use the metal stairs, which was inconvenient. The AC in the room was good; the microwave was also good. The staff were kind, as I said, and they gave us extra beds for the kids at no cost; many thanks! I suggest that the hotel management should hire an insect cleaning professional to destroy any insects in the rooms or the breakfast hall, as many customers have complained about this problem. In general, the experience was not so good or bad; it is value for money, but sure, the value should increase with some caring and attention from the management.

Achei baratas pequenas perto do salão do café da manhã. O hotel necessita reparos nas paredes externas e reformas nos quartos. Móveis velhos e desgastados pelo tempo. Não havia controle remoto da TV.

Elevator was out of order. People have been smoking in the rooms. Exterior needs retaining as paint is chipping off and rotting. Other guests were very noisy. I would not come back to this hotel!

Good location with many restaurants and bus lines nearby Facility was in poor condition, holes in wall, elevator broken and TV reception was spotty at best

The rooms had 3/5 roaches in the bathroom and bedroom area, the toilet plumbing was extra low pressure and was badly kept. Poor experience.

El baño y la habitacion estaban sucios, el desayuno pan con mermelada. Si vienes en familia de vacaciones no te lo recomiendo.
