The location is close to metro station. Standard breakfast. Good price

Just spent the night. Checked in around 6pm and checked out at 11am. Check out is a bit early. I’d hope for at least noon. The shuttle schedule is awful. Peak times there is no shuttle service. I guess the plus side is it’s only a 10 or so minute walk to the metro. Breakfast is just meh. It comes with the room but def nothing to get up and rush down for. The check in (front desk) staff was nice. I think you may get better rate booking directly with hotel. I’d stay again if in the area.

1- O check in foi complicado em razão da dificuldade da recepcionista de encontrar a reserva que fizemos para dois apts. A Sra, já idosa, findou por entregar a minha filha a lista de hospedes, para que fosse encontrada nossa reseva. A realização do check in deve ser a mais amistosa e eficiente possivel para hospedes que chegam já cansados de viagem. 2- O café da manhã, tipicamente americano, é muito fraco, mesmo para os padrões locais! E o salão onde é servido não comporta o fluxo de hospedes com o hotel cheio. 3- A localização é muito conveniente para quem estiver de carro ( nosso caso). O estacionamento é amplo e fácil de usar. 4- As instalações do hotel são boas, com quartos amplos e bem equipados ( frigobar, cafeteira, et...)

We have stayed at this Comfort Inn before due to proximity to restaurants, public transportation, and free parking (which is a plus in the area). Never again will we stay there since the place is run down, it is too expensive for what they provide, and the overall service was poor, including the Manager's attitude. Go stay somewhere else!

We spent eight nights in the hotel as we were visiting Washington DC. The first five days were great as we even discovered that there was a free shuttle to take us to the nearest Metro station. However, on the sixth night we discovered that water was dripping from the ceiling behind the shower head while the shower upstairs was being used. We called the front desk and were told that they would let maintenance know in the morning. In the morning, we talked to the front desk and the person did not appear to know about our problem. She wrote a note down that she would tell maintenance. When we returned later that night, we discovered the lights to the entry way and the bathroom were on and the towels were all grouped on the toilet seat. I went to inquire about the status of our bathroom. The front desk person had no clue, there were no messages. She said that they must have fixed it. Wrong! It was still leaking and was never fixed. On the eighth day, we wanted to catch the Metro into DC in the afternoon. We returned to the hotel in time to catch the shuttle only we were told that the driver was running a little late. 10 minutes later with no sign of the driver, we decided to walk the twelve minutes to the station in 90 degree weather.

Great location - classy suburb and a short journey by Metro into the city centre. Comfortable, spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Good choice in the breakfast buffet. Poor eco rating due to the disposable dishes and cutlery (mainly plastic/polystyrene) but this seems to be the norm in budget US hotels.

First room given had pungent urine smell and second room was dusty and smelled of mold and mildew. One the Ac units in the room didn't work properly the maintenance man show up to fix it the next morning but that didn't do anything. The hotel needs some serious renovation
