威斯汀酒店-水晶城(The Westin Crystal City Reagan National Airport)

Excelente localizacion a 5 minutos del aereopuerto, transportacion del hotel al aereopuerto puntual desde las 4:30 am. Limpio, comodo y comfortable. Lo recomiendo 100%

I was shocked to find out that there was an additional charge of $13.95 daily for internet and $40 daily for parking. This is truly disappointing since other hotels in downtown DC were only charging $25 for parking and had complimentary internet. The staff was unhelpful and unpleasant. I will not stay here again. The lady who took our order for dinner was very nice and pleasant. There was one attendant at night that was nice and helpful.

Location was very convenient for grabbing the Metro. Service was good. The hotel itself isn’t a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Small bathroom, older hotel. No microwave, refrigerator, have to pay for wifi. Most restaurants were not around the hotel, but we’re within a 5-7 min drive.

I would stay at this hotel again but I received an extra charge for 75 dollars which I don't know why. It was not for parking because I paid for that to.

The staff were very prompt and friendly. I was allowed to check in really early. The transportation driver was really nice and helpful.

I love staying at the Westin Crystal City Hotel. It’s a convenient location to Washington DC itself, as well as the airport. It’s always clean and quiet. And the restaurant in the hotel prepares good food.

My stay was overall good. Staff at the front desk were very efficient. Parking at the Westin is 44 dollars per night and that was a huge surprise.

Always love staying at The Westin. The night receptionist at Crystal City is an absolute treasure.
