Good location, clean room and great staff. Great stay overall!

Good location and nice staff. Subway and bus is very useful and easy to go everywhere in Wahsington. D.C.

We arrived and notice the sink has problems for water drainage, we needed to use restrooms we have to call 2x and wait about 30-40 mins to fix, they give us WC or handicapped room don’t know why, we had wedding there is no place in bathroom to get ready, no outlet near mirror in the room I had very difficult time to get ready, the complimentary water in room already opened, and at the end the did not asked us how was your room, which is very common to get feedback as you checkout, I don’t recommend this hotel, much better hotel options in DC with the same price range

We had an incredible view of the Potomac but my personal favorite, I view of Georgetown! It made my heart happy to open the blinds and see my alma mater looking back. The staff was super friendly and even helped us check in early. Everything was so seamless. I will definitely stay there again!

I decided to stay the night here due to the proximity to DC and the Metro being 2 blocks away. I arrived at 10am without a reservation. The gentleman at the Check-in counter on the 4th floor told me I could make my reservation online at the lobby which has free WiFi, but that no room would be available until check in time (3pm). He tried to accommodate me a little earlier than 3 but could not find a room readily available to do so. I thanked him for trying so I waited at the lobby which was huge and very welcoming. There is free WiFi everywhere. It is less than a 5min walk to the Metro and has a very convenient pick-up and drop off area for rideshare on the front door. I tried booking one more night 2 days later before departing to Seattle but the fee had doubled, so I had to pass. The room was as big and as comfortable as it could be. Overall FANTASTIC hotel and reception.

No room available when checking in at this hotel front desk and got kicked out of the hotel with family and kids. I had an emergency and out on the street at 11 pm in a distant city far from home. Please help!!! Provide a refund ASAP. ******* Group support. Case Number: 118830737

Hotel staff was all very helpful and welcoming. Doug at the bar was fun to talk to. Only thing I wish they had was a mini fridge in room. Other than that all was great!
