Beds were great, very comfortable. Size of room very deceiving from pictures. Had to call front desk multiple times for rowdy neighbors. Smell of wacky tobaccy was permeating

The service was great, I didn’t really have any problems except that my water was cut off without notice but m, I had to call the front desk to find out why, never found out but it was turned back on within minutes and also my ceiling fan was not working, called to see why not was told that maintenance would come fix it. They never did but overall everything was fine.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was great and my children had a blast! The only complaint would be when we weren’t warned that they would be cutting off the water for a few hours while they worked on the plumbing, but other than that I would definitely book there again!

i requested several time to change my rood due to fact it was very noisy, but the staff was very rude and they did not wanted to help at all. will not recommend this place to anyone.

Awful. Customer service from the front desk was terrible. Had a huge huge issue regarding billing as the hotel charged me for two night when this was already fully pre paid months ago. If I could give zero stars I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Property needs some updating, when maid service comes after two days, they take all the towels, when you go to take a shower they leave you with hand towels and 1 bathing towel for 2 people. I called front desk and they said they would let housekeeping know beefore they left. 1 hour later and still no towels, had to go to front desk and they had to pull them out of dryer and give them to me as the front desk said they were washing all the towels, you would think a hotel would have more than 1 set for the whole property. When we went to dinner later there were more guests going to front desk to get towels and sheets, it is crazy they do not have more than 1 set for each room.

First I didn’t get the suite I ordered or requested that was the only reason I picked this hotel. I wanted a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. I got the one bedroom and it caused issues with sleeping arrangements. Staff that checked me in seemed unhappy with her job choice or with me, not sure. Towels had hairs on them - carpet was dirty in the rooms and hallways. Hair conditioner in bathroom was empty- tub was totally clogged and barely drained. We are a family of 5 and bath time was just terrible. I will never stay here again. I am very disappointed - all night all I heard was music and cussing not sure from where.

Do not book here it’s old and has roaches! Sheets had hair on them! I was so hurt Hilton is just wrong for this place! My room do didn’t close

It was dirty and we couldn’t check into our room until 4:00 that’s an hour later than expected

I had a cockroach on the first day there. I asked for it to be cleaned up as I killed it under the sink in the bathroom and it caused a mess. They came in and straightened the room but did not clean the mess. The next morning I went again and asked. When I came back it was super late because we were at the game and it was not cleaned still. I went to the desk again and it was not cleaned for the entire stay. It also states that room service would be in every other day. They were not. I received no clean towels during my stay. There were water marks all over the ceiling in the whole area and stains around the toilet. The shower was just outdated and gross. This was not a cheap stay. I travel about once every other month. I am a Hilton honors member and I have never experienced this before. I am coming back with four other families next month and we already booked at the Hyatt across the street.

I didn’t like that so many issues were going wrong. Staff seemed untrained, and when contacting them via ******* they shared we had no concerns which we did.

I liked the location proximity to nearby attractions and AT&T stadium. The free breakfasts were good. Was not happy with the service. We reported mouse droppings in our bathroom upon arrival that was never addressed after multiple requests. We also reported our toilet was constantly running which wasn't addressed. We also had an issue with our toilet clogging and it took multiple requests and several hours for the staff to find a plunger. Cleanliness and service was very poor

This was absolutely the worst hotel by Hilton that I’ve ever stayed. The property was old, dirty and uncomfortable. The doors didn’t lock, the carpet needed cleaning no heat in the room and no thermostat. Toilet wouldn’t flush, could not get a iron to iron clothes.rooms had a funky smell. It was awful. I am reconsidering my membership with Hilton Honors.. then when we asked for a late check out because we had a late flight.. it was denied.. I have never been denied this request.. awful experience. Do not stay at this hotel..
