The pictures on the internet were very deceiving. Dirty room, stained towels, very limited toiletries. Will not return.

I booked a hotel for the night and someone literally tried to come in my room multiple times throughout the night in addition to this inconvenience it was extremely dirty there was chips bags Q-tips in the bed that were used and the tub was extremely dirty I lasted only 3 hours at the location I do not recommend!!

The TV did not work. One set of towels in the room. The third time no ashtray for smoking room . System was down when I arrive had to wait to get a room also .

105 degrees in Texas booked a room and they didn't even have the ac turned on so it 90 degrees in the room....105 degrees turning the ac on is just common sense

I was not able to make the trip due to a major family emergency. Due to all the chaos I totally forgot to call and cancel, so they charged my card anyways. I understand this is a policy, however with it being an emergency I hoped that they would at least give me a partial refund. I called and talked to them and explained everything but they were basically just like nope sorry. So there goes $90 that I desperately needed. Terrible customer service. I will never reserve here again.

Its located right across from putt putt and alley cats both entertainment centers and the park mall its safe area and centrally located in arlington very convenient
