Enjoy our open floor plan on the main level - 1 bedroom, full kitchen, full bath and washer/dryer. Third floor has 1 bedroom, full bathroom and a loft with 3 queen beds. Enjoy a game of pool or darts in the basement which also includes 1 bedroom, a half bath and a 65" TV with a bar and kitchenette. Relax in the massage chair on the main floor, the hot tub on the back deck or enjoy a peaceful walk on the trails of 84 acres. Enjoy our propane fire pit on the patio (propane not included), or throw some wood on the fire located across the pond. We are located 1 mile from Reeds Gap State Park, approximately 10 minutes to Rt.322 and 29 miles to Beaver Stadium, State College. We are close to many local wedding venues, wineries, restaurants and attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy your own privacy. Sleeps 12 comfortably. ATT: Outside Cameras In Use.
