We enjoyed an overnight stay here. In the middle of town yet very quiet overnight. Our room was clean , spacious with microwave, toaster, cutlery etc. Parking outside room. Motel directly opposite Armidale Bowling Club- dinner here was very good. Recommended.

Great spacious room, with a nice bathroom and good hot shower with strong water pressure. Comfortable king bed, and had everything we needed for an overnight stay, and an easy walk to the Bowls club across the road for dinner. Also with a toaster and microwave it’s possible to self cater breakfast.

Lady at check in was very friendly and made it a breeze. She even checked on us a little later to make sure everything was all right. Centrally located and room was very clean and roomy. They even had a bucket with windscreen washer in car park. Great idea. Highly recommend

Best motel I've stayed in for some time. It's clean and quiet, and the bed and bedding are fantastic. It's walking distance to the park, shops and shopping mall. I loved my stay here and will stay again.
