維爾卡諾春天酒店(Spring Hotel Vulcano)

Lovely hotel at a very good location. Modern, nicely decorated for Christmas. Polite staff, good choice for breakfast and dinner. Christmas dinner was something out of this world( been to many hotels, but Xmas dinner now will be hard to match). Not sure if it is always like this but we were the youngest in the hotel(43&47)during the first part of holidays and only later some other younger people joined us. The average age was 60's 😁 This hotel is not orientated to children but for us it was perfect- no screaming and shouting and our girl had fun in the pool by Herself and her cousin🤣 I wanted to book Spring Hotel Bitacora at first but now I am thinking that I made an excellent choice . That said, I might try it out next time just because of the All nclusive service Bitacora provides. It was a nice quiet stay so if you expect something like Turkey, eith music around the pool, kids disco and shows, this hotel is not for you. We were half board and 4 days we ate at the pool bar and were never disappointed. Good food and reasonable prices. We didn't book UP option because we were with the kids( it's for 18+)but if I ever come without them- I will try it out! Pros: Very good location Modern hotel Heated pools( wheelchair friendly) Good food and service Cons: No shampoo in a room! It's a first for me 🙈 The tiles in the pool (mosaic) need replacement. My daughter filled probably half of the carrier bag from the bottom saw of the pool🤣 All in all- perfect stay and believe me, I am picky. It is one of the hotels I would recommend to my friends and family

Un nouveau et très long sejour dans cet hôtel que nous fréquentons régulièrement et ce depuis plus de 20 ans et plusieurs fois par an. Cette fois ce fut notre plus long sejour et outre le plaisir de revoir le personnel et la direction de l’hôtel,nous avons aussi eu le plaisir de revoir de nombreux habitués,ce qui est un gage de la qualite de cet endroit très couru. L’accueil,le personnel,la cuisine,le cadre sont un pur bonheur. A essayer et vous y reviendrez

First time back to the Vulcano in 17 years and we were very disappointed. It's not as good as it used to be. Firstly we got a room beside the lifts. Put up with the 24hr noise of electric motors (and noisy neighbours) for 3 days and had to be moved. The next room we got was overrun with cochroaches (this obviously is a big problem as we spoke to 3 other couples who also asked to be moved because or roaches!). We went and bought cochroach spray as the hotel were not interested. Due to our return flight being cancelled we ended up in a third room and again cockroaches! Unbelieveable. Hotel wi-fi was only good at reception - very patchy anywhere else which was a big problem in that any information you needed about the hotel was only available on the hotel app so this resulted in numerous visits to reception to get info. (What ever happened to things being written down on paper?) The Alexa smart speaker kept going off in the middle of the night resulting in the lights and TV coming on. Most of the time there was no aircon at reception and other public rooms in the hotel. At night time the lights were turned off in the atrium resulting in the hotel looking deserted when you came back to it in the evening. The main bar (I think called La Cascada) was closed our entire stay of 11 nights. There were numerous power cuts and the fire alarm went off one morning resulting in a visit from the fire brigade - slightly disconcerting when you are on the UP roof. BUT IT WASN'T ALL BAD! The "UP" upgrade is well executed and very enjoyable - well worth the money. The food in the dining room was good (both breakfast and evening meals). The dining room staff were friendly and helpful as were the vast majority of all the staff. Finally Agoney (customer experience manager) was brilliant - an asset to the hotel!

Cliente habitual anual deste maravilhoso hotel. Infelizmente a pessoa do " online Booking department" não está à altura ...muito má experiência com uma situação actual ( troca de e mails/ PKG -9418), que me faz pensar que vai ser esta a minha última estadia.

Was für ein tolles Hotel. Der großzügig gestalte Eingangsbereich mit Pflanzen und Palmen in jeglicher Größe sind beeindruckend. Große und geräumige Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer im Standardsegment. Unser Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und Tisch lag seitlich zu einem Fußgängerweg. Zur Hauptstraße mit Hard Rock Café max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Danke an das nette, hilfsbereite und immer freundliche Personal. Essen: Der absolute Hammer. Ich habe selten eine solche riesige Auswahl mit kalten und warmen Speisen gesehen. Zusätzlich wurde im offenen Küchenbereich täglich Fisch und Fleisch zubereitet. Der Nachtisch unglaublich vielfältig. Pools: großer Schwimmbereich mit zusätzlichen kleinem Becken für Kids und einem sehr großem Jacuzzi. Beeindruckend fand ich, das auch an die gedacht wird, die dich schlecht wegen können. So gibt es an den Pools kleine Lifte für Menschen mit Behinderung. Das hatte ich vorher noch nirgends gesehen. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder. Danke für alles.

La habitacion del hotel vulcano Tenerife tiene cucarachas, el balcon con excrementos por la precencia de palomas. En el bufett frutas con moho y podridas Mi reserva hecha por booking, entrada 10 febrero 2024 . Ausente director , ni jefe de recepción. Me alojo en habitación standar pagando casi 200€ noche . Increible para el servicio ofrecido. Tramitaré una protesta a consumo, turismo y sanidad del gobierno canario

Ha sido un viaje de fin de semana con un grupo de amigas, lo hemos pasado muy bien y el Hotel es para recomendar. Esperemos repetir muy pronto El personal del Hotel ha sido muy amable! Estuvimos en el Spa, y nos lo reservaron para nosotros solas, todo un detalle!!

Siempre regresamos a este hotel, desde hace varias navidades. Todo es excelente. Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas. La limpieza es extraordinaria y siempre al cuidado de todos los detalles. Las vistas a la piscina son increíbles. Siempre hace buen tiempo en Tenerife en Navidades (este año mucho mas), pero se agradece muchísimo que las piscinas están climatizadas y alargan el verano. La comida es variada, buenísima y todo de una calidad, que a veces hasta sorprende. Resaltar la cena de gala de Fin de año, ya que es espectacular. La cena es de 10. Desde el fresco marisco, el jamón ibérico, la mesa de quesos ( delirio), las mil variedades de carne ( el ciervo tiernísimo) y el pescado buenísimo y mucho más. Una felicitación especial para el Chef ya que la dificultad de preparar cada día, un bufet como ese, lo considero dificilísimo pero es que la cena de Fin de año, es soberbia. Pero lo que quiero destacar por encima de todo, es el trato tan especial, tan humano que tiene todo el personal del hotel. Año tras año, nos encontramos al mismo personal, siempre tan atentos y amables con nosotros, que hacen que la estancia aquí sea familiar ( a pesar de ser un hotel grande y con muchas habitaciones) y nos sintamos siempre super especiales. Viajo mucho, me encanta viajar y cuando viajo, quiero emocionarme, y aquí siempre lo consiguen. Da vida. Felicidades!

Experiencia inmejorable. El hotel es espectacular, con unas instalaciones de lujo y muy bien cuidadas, un paraiso para disfrutar. Las habitaciones espaciosas, confortables y con máxima limpieza. El personal más que amable y profesional. Y la comida de gran calidad y variedad con una presentación impecable. Totalmente recomendable.
