It was a good stay, big and clean rooms, breakfast was nice. amenities could have been better

고아 북쪽 바가지역에 있는데, 주변에 안주나비치, 바가비치 등 유명한 해변가 근처에 있네요! 북쪽 고아를 여행할 때 좋아요.

Excellent stay

They are spoiling the name of such a reputed hotel chain "HILTON" Very bad rooms with flooded Washrooms and cockroaches in rooms, how can this property is rated 5 stars, booked for 6 nights never thought of cockroaches in a 5 star hotel room, washroom light is always on complained on 1st day they but got it rectified on 4th day and same with the washroom due to some pipeline fault it is always flooded , guys only plus is the location.. they spoiled my family vacation , never going to book this property again. Lastly if you are ordering something from outside specially I am not talking about food in my case it was medicine which I ordered from app the guard stopped the person outside main gate which is bit far, he never let the delivery guy come inside till reception even after confirmation from duty manager from reception, I had to personally walk with my young daughter in heavy rain till gate to collect the parcel. Seriously hats off

Their parking for resident guests is quite far back side of the property and NO VALET is available. Which means, you have to park by yourself and carry all luggage - yes, by urself. The reception guest service is expectedly bad. Few young "cold faced staff" - with lot of attitude, frustration & zero smile - zero welcoming!! We met the Duty Incharge Mr Hitlar - my suggestion to him : Dude you better choose different department but customer service. You don't have that skill. And my suggestion to the management : Train your customer service staff - take best practices from Taj & ITC. Don't spoil your guests ' experience in the first 10 mins by exposing to these rude staff !! Very Sad !! Room is very good. But need some regular painting maintenance. We are yet to explore restaurant & food. But won't recommend Hilton this property. You get many good options in this segment.

A very unhappy stay. My child had nothing to do in resort. Taxi wala outside the resort has Monopoly. They don't have travel desk to help you. They are non cooperative resort people. Doesn't have an appeal of a 5 star resort I am not going to come here ever again.

Our family stayed at the Hilton DoubleTree Arpora Baga in Goa from June 12-17, and we had an overall wonderful experience. Despite a minor glitch with the Agoda booking and reservation team, Mr. Anthony ensured everything was sorted out efficiently and managed the situation very well. Our pool-facing room was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our stay. The breakfast buffet was good, though it could benefit from more variety as it became repetitive over the days we stayed. However, Mr. Pardeep, the restaurant manager, was an amazing host and made us feel very welcome. The attentive and helpful staff at the pool area made sure my kid had a fantastic time. Special thanks to Mr. Anthony and Poonam at the front desk, and Mr. Pardeep and Barnali at the restaurant, for their exceptional service. The housekeeping staff also did a commendable job, keeping our room well-kept, cozy, and comfortable. Our stay at the Hilton DoubleTree Arpora Baga made our Goa trip memorable, and we appreciate the efforts of the entire team.

Good property, staff is very courteous and specially Pradeep ( F&B ) and Vishal who served is during breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We would like to come back and stay again. Great ambience. Thanks to the entire team of the hotel including Pradeep, Poonam, Vishal and Abbas

Harshith, justice and Stacey the staff and food are excellent as well as hygiene, really it was super and memorable, would recommend to all my family and friends for experiencing the best hospitality. Would visit this place especially for the experience I had. And a special thanks to Mr. Harshith who made our stay very memorable.

rooms we pretty decent size we were provided by a balcony in the room .The breakfast was nice in the first 2 days of our stay the last day the breakfast was okayish and the first day we had dinner at the hotel it was very bland in taste rest all the parts of the hotel was nice would recommend this hotel. so hilton please make your food a littel more tastier...

Nice hotel and good ambience. Rooms are clean and hygiene is maintained. All amenities available for a luxury stay. Staff are well mannered. Easy check in and check out. We got early check in also easily. Highly recommended. Breakfast is good with variety of options.

Holy molly .. what an amazing stay we had at double tree Hilton, Arpora. Amazing hospitality, staff is at service all the time. The staff was excellent Nigam, sarthak, Lucas, Sebastian ( pancake chef), bikash ( chef), stacy and beauti. Excellent hospitality. I would recommend this place for stay. Perfect for couples, solo travellers. Easy access to beaches and other spots.
