Perfect location, friendly front desk staff, recommended to stay here for travellers !

It’s an older hotel It was clean the breakfast was nothing more then bad coffee and a packaged cake Air conditioning worked well Shower head is very low , so I had to bend my head over and squat down to wash my hair There are allot of steps here , so be carful if you have many bags and get a room on the first floor

We attended a family gathering and needed a place to sleep for a night. The place was convenient and cosy. Breakfast was included, which was really good thing.

Very clean and quiet. Staff Very friendly and nice. They take security Very seriously. Had a wonderful stay.

Hotel is very outdated. My room had a horrible musty smell. The light switches and bathroom floor under the sink was dirty. There was pink and black mold around the fixtures in the shower. A large roach was in my son's restroom who was in the room next door. I told the front desk and they said it was because they put chemicals down the drain and it could have come from there. They sent somebody to remove it and spray while we had went out for the day. The hallways upstairs are dark and creepy. It's overall a very strange layout. Furniture was placed awkwardly in the room. 95% of the parking spaces say compact and even a Honda Civic was hard to fit in there. Good luck if you have a large vehicle. The restaurant Julio's pizza in front does have good food though.

This place is in such an odd area so that have some worry of suspicious feels. Once my family and I checked in check in was a little odd feeling. The room locations looked like old apartments to be honest once we got to our room it wasn’t too dirty. The beds were definitely horrible!!! Zero comfort! But once we started settling there was two roaches crawling on the carpet! I had to kill them and two more on the dresser and crawled under the TV I had to kill them. The place was just dirty and I then discovered recent reviews of others guests who seen roaches in their rooms. I immediately went back to the front desk and explained the situation and how beyond disgusting it was and had to ask for a refund. The refund could not be made as my family booked their trip through a third party all we could get was the deposit back and we had to get the run around for the property to agree on a refund! We finally got a refund after speaking to the property manager and he apologized which was not sincere enough as there have been other reviews I seen after leaving that also complained about roaches. This place clearly does not have a terminator as they claimed. This place should be shut down. Such a disgrace that ********** allows places like this on their site

Arrived at 2:15, they said the check in time is 3 and if we need they’d give us early check in for a few. I declined and came back at 3, they said one room is ready the other in a few minutes which ended up being 3:45pm. They should probably prorate it since they gave it to us late.
