利特爾漢普頓普瑞米爾酒店(Premier Inn Littlehampton)

Purtroppo leggendo le recensioni pensavo che avrei trovato una buona sistemazione, frequento spesso Premier inn, ma purtroppo siamo rimasti molto delusi. La camera è vecchia, ma non è questo il problema. Non è pulita, si vede che c'è poca attenzione perché il bollitore ha un dito di polvere vecchia, c'è uno sporco generalizzato di poca pulizia quotidiana. Il pub peggio. Appena entri i vetri della porta hanno un dito di sudicio, il tappeto all'ingresso è pieno di sporco. Siamo stati tre notti e non è stato pulito. Il pavimento appiccica, la colazione è scarsa e le vaschette sono mezze vuote, probabilmente il personale è poco attento. Quando ti siedi al tavolo stessa impressione, sedie vecchie e povere in abbondante sugli oggetti decorativi della stanza. Mi dispiace tanto fare questa recensione ma siamo rimasti davvero delusi.

Further to 1 reviewer disappointed by no bath, there are only a few PrimePlus rooms with shower only. Majority standard rooms hv bath + shower. As usual, Premier Inn bed fantastically comfortable, good quality, smooth soft sheet + duvet cover. Bathroom bit tired, grouting needs replacing. Soap bottle + holder need thorough clean or replacement. Rooms serviced only between guests, but self-service tea/coffee at Reception, no problem requesting clean towel. Location: it is some way from sea and Littlehampton. Nice nearby village of Rushington has Waitrose, Costa, WH Smith etc. Next door is the Roundhouse pub, so pub food that is OK, this NOT a "restaurant" so accept for what it is. Like whole hospitality industry, they've had staff problems but, apart from one young lad who kept making mistakes and seemed pretty miserable, the serving staff were fine if a little erratic , ladies lovely, and things running fairly smoothly.

Premier are usually good and this one was. room big and clean, good bathroom, comfortable bed. Lots of vans and workers staying but didn't hear them at all, good pub next to it for food. Excellent breakfast and very pleasant staff in both

After some issues trying to amend the reservation, we arrived late to find that no table had been booked for us, as requested, for dinner and the restaurant was closed due to issues in the kitchen. However, the friendly and helpful manager arranged for us to have a very tasty salad and dessert. We have stayed there several times and, in the main find it comfortable clean and with friendly staff.

Stuff were great. I am here most weeks for work and every time I have stay its always welcoming, clean and every member of staff are always happy to help. It's like a home from home. I am treated like its the first time I have stayed. I would love to bring my family here in the summer for a holiday and will definitely be picking this hotel

Brilliant, no problems, Lucy on reception extremely helpful, polite, very welcoming, considering she was working a very long shift and she would be in the next morning too, this did not affect her attitude one bit. Highly recommend, rooms very clean, everything needed in the room.

Lovely weekend away with my husband. The staff were so friendly and professional, Lucy and Shelley on reception really started our stay off great, so helpful. Bed was super comfy and we had a restful couple of nights. We will definitely be back again. Thankyou

Amazing staff couldn’t ask for a better stay. Beds comfy, rooms clean. Great location for seeing family. Breakfast was amazing as well. Will definitely be back again. We had a nice little surprise in our room little chocolates for the kids.

Lovely staff, rooms a bit tired but okay. Food in pub next door, breakfast very good, diner a bit slow service but think they were short of staff. Reception very polite and helpful. Room not very sound proof as I think we had big foot in the room above us!!
