Stay was excellent and service was great I enjoyed it and the washer and dryers are pretty cheap

I booked two days here and there is nothing on the third party website I reserved/ pre-paid the rooms on about how they have a “no locals” rule including a specific list of zip codes that they do not allow based on the proximity of guest’s address on their driver’s license. (This is also not mentioned on their main website.) I was still charged for the two nights even though I was not permitted to check in and was told by their front desk clerk that I wouldn’t be charged. However, I was still charged the full price and had to go through an extensive amount of 1-800- customer service calls to get my money back. Huge waste of time but at least I got an email from them asking how I enjoyed my stay!

Y yo estaba acostada en la cama, y entró otra persona a la cual también le asignaron el mismo cuarto que a mi Eso pasó el segundo día. Y la persona de la recepción no aceptó que cometió un error muy grande. Y solo se justifico que ella había estado libre el martes y el miércoles. Cuando yo hice mi check-in el jueves. Y el viernes ya le habían dado una lleve con el número de mi cuarto a otro hisped

The property was quiet and clean. The front desk staff is very helpful. I choose this hotel for all of my extended stays in the Denver area for work.

Staff here is amazing! Room needed some work or more furniture but overall good size for the rate. Definitely will come back!

Staff was extremely rude. Room key wouldn’t work and called the after hours service number and a lady came out and basically told me it was my fault and complained how i disturbed her sleep. Bedding was stained and stains all over bathroom wall and door.

Used bandaid stuck to the counter, crumbs in drawers. Rude staff, didn’t get what we paid for, room they tried to put us in smelled HEAVILY of smoke

Marla, Patrick, and Kendra were outstanding in trying to help things get straightened out. They went above and beyond! Thank You!

Staff is exceptional here. All easy to talk to and make the experience seemless when checking in and extending. They even give you a courtesy call an hour ahead of checkout/renewal time in case you happen to have slept in☺️

I went down to the desk because they wouldn’t answer my calls, My key wasn’t working and I had a lot of stuff to bring in, so I had to get someone to watch my stuff and run down to the desk and the person wouldn’t even acknowledge that I was there and then because I was tapping on the desk she said that I was rude and mean!! For one thing the key should always work and then to not even answer the phone or at least acknowledge that I’m there and waiting, was just the perfect way to greet someone, I’m so glad I’m going to be leaving in the morning and will not be back ever!!!

They didn’t accept temporary driver’s license which I had no way of knowing from your website so having prepaid the room, I would be out the 2 night fee if you don’t take responsibility and refund me that amount. The temporary license was issued by my State DMV just a few days before I arrived as my license was about to expire. Please refund to my credit card.

Stayed multiple times for work, first couple were just ok but last one was terrible. The back door wouldn't lock, the staff was rude and refused to assist with needed items like towels, room was dirty-ish and the bed was a makeshift bed that was as hard as a rock!

I've been living in hotels for the last 6 months and this is the first one that was comfortable. Best hotel, lots of room, can't say enough!
