First the positive : great location and environment, modern building, many activity options (heated pool, hiking, games). But the level of service is far from what you can expect from a luxury resort and a hotel of that price. Rooms are large but not well maintained nor serviced (cleaning not done everyday, bugs in the room, even not a bottle of water offered), most staff do not speak English, breakfast is available only from 9am (and at that time, there is no fresh bread; fresh bread is available from 9:20 or so !), impossible to get a coffee before 9:00am (everything closed until that time, front desk not staffed 24/7 - I went twice at 7am and at 8am : nobody !). Main restaurant based on a all-inclusive principle : large hall with maybe 200 seats with no privacy at all, loud music, no decoration. Feeling of being in a company canteen rather than a resort restaurant. Quality if the food is average with limited change from one day to another : the same fruit plates are served for breakfast, lunch and dinner (so not very fresh), same for the salads (same for the three meals), lots of cheap stuff (pasta, rice, potatoes) and limited offer of really cooked food. Most staff just does the minimum required : no smile, low sense of service to clients. In a nutshell, this resort has a great potential, but is not managed with care or is managed to maximize profitability in the short term.
