I would like to file a complaint against Mr. Takada at your hotel's front desk (who was on duty on December 31st).
Around 5 PM to 6 PM on December 30th, I lost my 360 camera in the arrival hall of New Chitose Airport.
I asked Mr. Takada to call the airport lost and found center at 0123-46-2611 to see if they could recover the camera or register the loss. We have been using Google translate trying to communicate, but Mr. Takada has consistently refused my request without giving me any reason or explanation.
