我們的房間在進入時非常乾淨，前台工作人員很愉快。這是一個紅色的屋頂，據我所知，該品牌通常不提供早餐，但他們早上會在這個地方喝咖啡。我也很喜歡我能夠打開窗戶讓新鮮空氣進來。許多酒店的窗戶是永久安裝的，因此您根本無法打開窗戶。

This property was absolutely horrible to my employees! Their systems were down so they couldn't find the reservation. ******* called to confirm that i purchased a 7 day stay at $550 dollars with insurance to "protect my stay" they still wouldn't let my employees in! Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I will never book with this hotel again!

When we arrived no one was at the desk to check us in so we had to wait 15 minutes for the clerk to show up. The Elevator is Broken and our original room was on the 3rd floor, but we were able to move to the 2nd floor. The ice machine was also was out of order. On the plus side, our beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

We went to see a show at the Duke Center for Performing Arts, and just stayed one night. No frills, no coffee pot (the did have some in the lobby), no fridge or microwave. Basically just a couple of beds and a TV. Fine for one night or just to sleep. The beds were comfortable, the room relatively clean.

The elevator was out of service, it’s not listed on the website and no rate adjustment is offered instead it’s an offer to let you cancel and get a refund which is in 3-5 business days based off your bank

After reading positive reviews was disappointed with the stay. Stains in the sheets, cigarette burns in the comforter and paper thin walls that kept us up most of the night. Also nothing in the area for food. Only redeeming thing is it's right on a trail to run in the morning which was a really nice trail.

The first impression of the front desk clerk was just the beginning.. it took her about 5 minutes to even acknowledge us as guests. The first room she put us in reeked of cigarettes. She did change our room to one that wasn’t quite so smelly, however in that room we noticed there were only wash cloths and hand towels so we had to call down for those and she said to “come and get them”. The bed was absolutely horrible, we could feel every spring!!! I could hardly move the next morning!!Did we pay a lot of money? We paid enough 91$ for one night. Did I expect 5 stars, maybe so. But fore sure expected more courteousness. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this location NOR any other Red Roof hotel!!! I’d rather sleep in my car!!!!

Hotel reeked of body odor and ****. The air conditioning unit sounded 40 years old and we couldn’t hear the TV over it. Staff was friendly. Pillows felt like laying on folded up clothes inside a pillow case.
