We felt very comfortable in this great apartment! Everything was there! We particularly liked the two balconies! Very comfortably furnished. The location was excellent for things to do in the area! We'll definitely be back!

Overall the apartment was as advertised. The landlady is very friendly and we felt comfortable. Only the kitchen is not particularly well equipped. The entire house is very well maintained and clean! The location is very good!

Aschau: Child friendly, comfortable apartment house "Appartements Binderhof". 500 m from the centre of Aschau, 2.8 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a sunny position, 1.8 km from the lake, 800 m from the skiing area. For shared use: large, beautiful, well-kept garden 1'000 m2, lawn for sunbathing. Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, garden furniture, children's playground. In the house: WiFi, trampoline, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 500 m, restaurant 250 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 750 m, railway station "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 750 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.8 km, indoor swimming pool 1.8 km, bathing lake 1.8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, cycle lane 20 m, gondola lift 3.4 km, slopes 800 m, ski bus stop 20 m, sled run 100 m, cross country ski track 20 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertal - Hochfügen 3.4 km, Zillertal Arena 4.2 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). A house in a great location, in beautiful areas for skiing and hiking. The descent to the valley Aschau is only 800m. In summer, very neat garden with several seats invites you to relax. 3-room apartment 75 m2 on 2nd floor. Cosy furnishings: entrance hall. 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed, shower/WC and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Small kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher) with dining table. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. 2 balconies 10 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the mountains, the garden and the countryside. Please note: non-smokers only.
