Visited for afternoon tea for a family birthday Told we were the only ones that had booked in restaurant but service was lacking. Took ages to get initial tea, sandwiches lovely, trying get more tea staff had disappeared. Not ideal. Fresh paint to toilets was nice

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the service and food were excellent. The bedroom was nicely furnished and the bed very comfortable. Definitely recommended.

We traveled from Australia to visit family and used this hotel as a base for 8 days. We loved everything about our stay. The staff were amazing, the room was perfect. We enjoyed the bar, lounge & restaurant. Loved relaxing in the spa each afternoon.

I recently attended a baby shower at the hotel. It was stunning, the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Our server Julie was so lovely but the reason I’m writing this review is I want to mention a young man toby who works there. I got a flat tyre and he went out in the dark and changed it for me, it was beyond his job description but I was none the less extremely greatful!

have photographed weddings at this venue for many years now. This venue offers many perfect opportunities for wonderful wedding photography. The staff are really friendly and can’t do enough to help. I would highly recommend Brandshatch Place as one of Kent’s finest Nigel Barrett Photography

My wife and I booked a Spa Day on 8 March which was great right from the start. The most impressive thing though was the excellent service we received from Neil who served us in the Spa restaurant and during our cream tea. He was so attentive with great foresight and incredible attention to detail. He made us feel so special and welcome and valued as people and is a massive credit to your organisation. His customer service skills were second to none and he did it all so efffortlessly as if it was part of his culture. You very seldom find that level of service in England and it was all done so unassumingly. He is a great ambassador for your company and should be congratulated and well rewarded as a valuable member of staff. Kind regards Leslie

Excellence in hospitality, from a friendly greeting and insistence on help with our bags to the room from the receptionist to a passing staff member checking that I knew where I was heading, the staff were great, a rare commodity these days, not condescending but genuinely helpful, refreshing. The first impression on arrival is very pleasing, steps to the entrance could tricky for some, but there was another entrance further away which was more accessible. All areas were clean and well maintained. The pool was lovely, big enough to swim in, if a little too warm. If I had to find negatives the bedside light only operated along with the main light and the pool lockers can be tricky to operate if you don't have your glasses on to see the numbers for the code- best to choose a 'shape' rather than guess the numbers. The food was very good and a good selection of breakfast items, continental and full English (scrambled not fried eggs). Smart table linen and fresh flowers on the tables are appreciated, traditional touches.

I had a wonderful spa overnight with my 11yo daughter. The room was spacious with 2 large single beds, TV & spacious bathroom. The pool was nice & large & we pretty much had it to ourselves, the hydro pool & sauna were awesome (steam room wasn't working). Food at the bar was fab, the ground was also great, and we did a little walk around on arrival! But the overnight did the trick of some rest & relaxation which was much needed! We didn't have any treatments but brought our own facials & nail painting for our room. We had a latecheck out at 12 which again was fab allowing us extra time to relax & enjoy a yummy breakfast. So close to Bluewater we spent the day there after.

Booked the Spa Hotel for our wedding reception in Dec 2023. Staff were fantastic , particularly Wendy W who helped with the whole planning process. Everything was so professional and handled so well. Couldn't have been happier and everyone said it was great. Top marks all round. Rooms were great and very posh but not over the top. Room service prices are a bit excessive but overall great service and lovely experience. Just check prices on room service before ordering.
