The hotel decor was very outdated, there were no trash bags in our trashcans in the room. The hotel did not have any vending machines; the restaurant closed early, and we had a room that slept eight people and did not have any pillows for 2 people; we didn't realize it until it was time for bed. When I went to the front desk to ask for pillows, the woman working stated she had no more and they did not have housekeeping on duty to get us any, I asked what we should do, and she produced one pillow from the back (which I was leery of taking), she didn't seem very sympathetic to the fact that we paid 270.00 for a room that would sleep ourselves and our children, but didn't have enough pillows to do so. The manager on shift the next day was so sweet and apologetic and even comped parking, but other than her, our experience was not a good one, especially for the price we paid.
