Charged $10 to park. No free internet offered. One of two elevators operational required waiting or stairs. Manager’s happy hour was tortilla chips and Pace Picante Sauce, crackers & cheese. No breakfast at 6am when the front desk said it would be available. Air conditioning system old and rattled. Second floor north side rooms has roof vent fans outside the window that are louder than the old air conditioning system in the room. Lots of construction in the area.

For the cost of a nights stay, we were quite disappointed in the facility. Due to cleaning issues we had switched rooms and room 2 were missing light bulbs in 2 lamps and no work desk chair. But the front desk and maintenance was quick to fix the issue. Getting 2 free basic drinks for happy hour was disappointing. They had only one wine glass and then used a finger print stained water glass for the other glass and by our second wine and we ended up with white paper cups of wine each and when I paid for what was less than a 1/4 cup of the same wine, it cost $12.00. The water in the shower was luke warm not even hot as hot tub water so that made for a cold bath. But the morning breakfast was delicious. And the staff starts knocking on your room door at 10:20 to make sure you depart at 11:00 for check out.

My 1 yr old daughter found glass and brought it to me Then found a old rusted bottle cap and put in mouth moved from that room to another and the Otto was broken with nails sticking out

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, with a great complimentary breakfast. Perfect for business meetings, or family visits.

Found bed bugs on room 442 and they switched the room. It’s unfortunate. Also guest laundry system is very old and not working properly.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. It was very nicely decorated, very clean, new looking, and overall an A . The breakfast was delicious with lots of good food.

Zach and Alex were great as was Abigail or Abby the bartender. But KATHRYN IS THE REASON I AM GIVING SUCH A TERRIBLE REVIEW. She was RUDE RUDE to my family, she wasn’t at the bar when we showed up, never apologized after we waited 20 minutes and then proceeded to argue with me and family members. She is NOT EMBASSY SUITES quality. She needs to go and fast and Abigail needs to replace her. Abby was kind, engaging, thoughtful, worked well will Zach was attentive to me and all of our family members. She is the EPITOME of what an Embassy Suites employee should be. Kathryn was a disgrace. If there were an opportunity to give a minus 10 review, Kathryn should get it. Also, they are terribly understaffed in housekeeping and they can do better.
