Hotel service was extremely bad, i initially booked a room for two adults and was told I nedd to pay the hotel direct for a third adult who was joining us, I was told at reception to book a deluxe room which I did bit upon arriving in the so called deluxe room there were 2 x beds and and 20 minites later, someone came into the room to pull out the sofa bed for the third adult - we ended up paying approx 300gbp for three adualts but only ended up getting 2 beds and a sofa couch - even the woman who came in mentioned we were given the wrong room. The hot water kept going cold during showers and when the fire alarm went off with ALL electricity going off in thw roo. for approx 40 minutes the staff said this was normal and nothing was able to be done. It was more the attitude at reception that made things even worse. This all falls far below of what is expected from the Leonardo group. Needless to say, we wont be staying there again.

The team was nice and friendly The location is great! Really loved the see view from the room. The room was clean and well organized. We really enjoyed staying there.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Das Zimmer war extrem schmutzig: Schimmel im Bad, die Toilette nicht gereinigt (noch Urin vom vorherigen Gast), das Bett war beschädigt, das Sofa ebenfalls kaputt. Unter dem Bett lag dicker Staub und Dreck. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Un lugar para vacaciones muy rico y lujosos el equipo de el hotel te da la sensación de volver a venir muchas sorpresas servicio de comida y de habitación increíble voy a volver a venir aqui el spa estuvo muy rico masajes deliciosos y comida rica y dorin nos atendió muy bien

Sur la place où trône la sculpture de l’œil à Ashdod , une chambre Exécutive au 11e étage face a la mer. Belle vue, chambre propre et refaite tous les matins. Même si l’hôtel n’est pas neuf , les petits déjeuners sont très copieux , très bons et très variés. Une grande amabilité du personnel à TOUS LES NIVEAUX. Merci à Ishai pour son accueil chaque matin , le personnel de réception est très à l’écoute de nos demandes. Souvent des fêtes familiales en ce mois de février 2025. Synagogue sur place et respect du Shabbat. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Une horreur d'hôtel... Sale et détérioré à l'abandon. Beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation reçu. Restaurant sans intérêt Service de l'hôtel nul... A la reception on a l'impression de les déranger quand ils sont occupés sur le smartphone... Pas de room service... Franchement a éviter autant aller a l'hôtel West dans la même ville pas le top non plus mais déjà mieux que le Leonardo. Bref...A bon entendeur salut!

The hotel is in a gorgeous place Stunning in every way Festive reception Rooms, relatively fast reception Clean, pleasant smell A very good view From all the rooms we saw the sea And in fact, you leave the hotel in a minute's walk and you are in the sea !!!!! It was also quiet and calm in the pool, not crowded The food at the snack bar was also good for us We received everything we ordered quickly A good vacation We will be back soon

I spent two months at the Leonardo hotel. The rooms were great and comfortable, the amenities were perfect and made me feel like I was home, and the staff was phenomenal, especially the assistant manager, Pazit. And it didn’t hurt that the hotel was right across the street from the beach. I highly recommend staying at Leonardo, especially if you have a long trip.

I stayed here between January 24 and March 8, 2025, and every day I stayed there she smiled also, the manager is very helpful. Her name is Pazit she is also very lovely, friendly and kind from the first day we arrived. I remember her smiling and friendly. Also, the maid Daisy, best a good job cleaning the rooms she was always friendly and upbeat

Breakfast is good and it’s about US$30 to make a good omelet and lots of variety My only complaint is the air conditioning. It’s not individually controlled in the rooms and the rooms are far too hot for me. It’s very standard in America for every room to have individual air-conditioning units that may be considered in the future. Also, the location of this hotel is very good and there are grocery stores and haircutting all within walking distance

A wonderful place near the beach excellent service. The room clean and balcony with a great view fun places to visit near by. Surfing in the area. Big hall for events Small gym not great if your a big body builder or into working out nice spa and jacuzzi for extra cost.
