Hotel Indigo 阿什維爾市中心(Hotel Indigo Asheville Downtown)

The staff at this place was rude and inconsiderate. Zero hospitality and the hotel itself is dramatically overpriced for the accommodations. It feels old and unclean and like they threw cheap fixtures, wallpaper and paint over a crumbling building. The only redeeming quality was the convenient location to the concert hall down the street.

The hotel is nice but over priced for what you received. Not to mention the was food from the previous guest. It was brought up and they offered nothing in return. You can not have cleanliness posting all over the hotel… Then have dirty rooms!

Hotel staff twice entered my room without knocking. The hotel is under construction and is dirty.

Great location. But not worth the price. Rooms not clean and terrible WiFi.

I love the shampoo and conditioner this place has in the showers. Love the check in guy. Great place to stay and will be back again.

We always stay here when coming to Asheville. Older building but very well maintained. Friendly staff always at your disposal. Minutes away from food and shopping. Only issue was minor...they have instituted required valet parking since our last visit @ $25 per night. The parking lot access is tight but manageable for most drivers.

Stay was great and Location was Convenient and not far from downtown. They only thing that I Didnt really like is how you are forced to use and pay for valet service rather you want to or not. I wouldve like to have that option to use valet but other than that everything was great. Guy at the bar was awesome an very informative.

The hotel itself and the rooms are excellent, and so is the staff. The only downsides are valet parking only, and the bar food. Valet parking was overly expensive and inconvenient, with conditions put on which type of parking (day or overnight) would allow for in and out access. There’s no restaurant or kitchen, per se, so on a very rainy night I had the choice of walking in the rain to a nearby restaurant or getting a poor pizza at the bar. These are not meant to sound like complaints, simply the realities of what could make an excellent hotel an exceptional one. I would stay there again. Thanks!

Room needed remodeling as it showed a lot of wear. Sink was clogged up, staff tried to open it up but was not succesful.
