工作人員非常友好。它非常乾淨整潔。房間保存完好，乾淨整潔。我們到了4樓。景色也很棒。自助早餐很豐盛，而且還有小號的外帶包。強烈推薦！

The air unit in our room I think needed to be maintenanced. It was incredibly and sounded like a jet engine warming up. It was so loud my husband turned it off because we couldn’t sleep but then it got so hot we also couldn’t sleep because of that. Did not get a restful sleep.

The room was comfortable and in good condition. The service was very good. My wife left something in a drawer and the staff was very responsive in sending it to us. The gazebo was rotting and need repair. The breakfast was ok. Overall, the hotel was ok but would have expected more for the price.

Was very disappointed based on the reviews/ratings being so high. Beds we’re comfortable and clean and location is really good, but room was not well-maintained. Blinds were stuck closed, room had dirty areas and small things were broken, dirty, or not-maintained. Keys had to be rescanned several times - we never had two keys working at the same time. The room was also an accessible room, which we had not booked. The hotel was full though for a holiday weekend so it’s the one we were stuck with. Breakfast was decent, but eating area was very dirty as well.

Through out my stay, we had no internet. The front desk was of no help as he responded “ it is down and we don’t know when it will be back. This was a lie as my wife was able to have a very slow and poor internet on her android.

Staff was very welcoming and made check in very smooth. She recommended restaurants that were good and was just a very friendly young woman. Rooms were nice and stay was a pleasant experience. Good breakfasts too!

The price was reasonable for the area. The area was a bit tight but convenient to Outlets, restaurants and a short drive to Biltmore Mansion.

Older facility that has been renovated in recent years. Did not love the busy area, but it was pretty quiet through the night. Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. What more could you ask.

The rooms were very dark, very outdated, stains in the bedsheet, beds were not properly made on our second day, and the most horrible thing was how loud the AC was. I have learned one thing, spend a few bucks more and go to a Hampton Inn.
