We usually stay at country inn in suites. From TN to SC. But this one had horrible customer service. We drive a f350 diesel. And during cold weather we have to have it plugged up to keep the engine block warm. Well they denied us the use of the electric outlets. So the first morning we had to walk 3 miles to buy either use eather on our engine. Next night we left the truck running. The second morning the truck ran out of fuel had to walk again 3 miles and then some to a gas station. again to

Check in was fast! We got a suit, I was super clean no issues at all. We stayed for the weekend. Bed was SUPER comfy. Towels etc were stocked daily. Lovely service. Would definitely stay again!

Not far from downtown Asheville so we love the convenience of the location. We were disappointed with the pillows. We had a king bed with 4 standard pillows that were in king cases. Other than that we love the quietness of the hotel.

The stuff were very nice in my check in ,property is close to everything which make it very convenient property to stay ,but on the area pool which is an inside pool the hot tub didn't really were hot how it supposed to be ,and the pool were kinda cold also

I have stayed here several times for work and really like this hotel and location. In very good condition and easy parking. Only complaint is that 7am is too late to start the breakfast— not consistent with other similar hotels in town (including another CIS) and too late for those of us here for work (and have to be there at 7am).

We have a FireTV stick that we should be able to use anywhere. Have used it many times in hotels. Our room TV was unable to connect to the Internet the entire time we stayed (4 nights). Very inconvenient. Front desk person tried to help but had no knowledge. We were sent to 888 number and it is a miserable experience and no help. Get your internet fixed!
