西阿什維爾比爾特莫附近麗笙鄉村套房酒店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Asheville West Near Biltmore)

好吧，這是我連續第二年保持這樣的狀態，但阿什維爾市發布了兩天的水警告！所以沒有熱水

房間很棒！一切都很乾淨。但是，停車位可能會受到限制。

Everything about our stay at Country Inn and Suites was great especially the breakfast the following morning before continuing our trip.

位置很好，工作人員非常友好，早餐很棒，有很多可供選擇。唯一的抱怨是牆壁很薄。

I visited during the Holidays, and for a run of the mill hotel the staff was very friendly, no hidden fees or issues with pricing on arrival, check in went smooth took less than 2 minutes, complementary breakfast wasn't extravagant obviously but definitely better than many I've had. All around a hidden gem when it comes to affordable Hotels in the Asheville area.

It was difficult to control the temperature of the room and frequently was very warm. The hallway heater was set to 83. The breakfast was good and served quite a variety.

Booked a suite with a door separating the two spaces. We were given a handicapped suite with Lots of space, but no door. We were told those rooms were given out already. Not good if one person gets up early and wanted to watch TV or get some work done while the other sleeps. Bathroom needs attention. No towel bars, no hooks near the shower to hang a towel, tile chipped and falling off of the wall, and the caulking was in bad shape. The exhaust vent was on a motion sensor and shut off after about 20 seconds, so unless you're taking a 20 second shower, the room filled with steam. The only working light was around the mirror which left a handicapped room shower darker than the rest of the room. There was another light on the ceiling outside of the shower, but it did not work. I'm not sure how someone who is handicapped would easily access the shower since it was a normal bathtub that someone would step into. Hot water was very good. Housekeeping is not what I expected. When I took off the do not disturb sign, I expected housekeeping to change the towels, empty trash, run the sweeper, make the bed, etc. Only the towels and trash are taken addresses unless you tell the front desk the day before you want more Breakfast was good, when stocked, for most of our stay. One morning the dining room attendant couldn't keep up and most of the food and drinks, including coffee, were out and guests kept asking the attendant and front desk for things. I won't book this hotel again.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was great, everything was clean, and the staff was helpful. Wonderful!
