Booked a suite with a door separating the two spaces. We were given a handicapped suite with Lots of space, but no door. We were told those rooms were given out already. Not good if one person gets up early and wanted to watch TV or get some work done while the other sleeps. Bathroom needs attention. No towel bars, no hooks near the shower to hang a towel, tile chipped and falling off of the wall, and the caulking was in bad shape. The exhaust vent was on a motion sensor and shut off after about 20 seconds, so unless you're taking a 20 second shower, the room filled with steam. The only working light was around the mirror which left a handicapped room shower darker than the rest of the room. There was another light on the ceiling outside of the shower, but it did not work. I'm not sure how someone who is handicapped would easily access the shower since it was a normal bathtub that someone would step into. Hot water was very good.
Housekeeping is not what I expected. When I took off the do not disturb sign, I expected housekeeping to change the towels, empty trash, run the sweeper, make the bed, etc. Only the towels and trash are taken addresses unless you tell the front desk the day before you want more
Breakfast was good, when stocked, for most of our stay. One morning the dining room attendant couldn't keep up and most of the food and drinks, including coffee, were out and guests kept asking the attendant and front desk for things. I won't book this hotel again.
