Stayed at Premier Inn for one night in August. The staff where really lovely and helpful, our room was very spacious and this must be a new hotel as our bathroom was spotless. The full length mirror was a bit much, but overall the room was lovely and it was not to small. The hotel is located next to a number of restaurants (KFC, MCD's, Burger King, Subway, Frankie and Benny's) and a cinema. The only downside was we paid for Breakfast in the Beefeater next door, and this was really disappointing. We ordered one full breakfast and one continental. The full English was really poor, the bacon was torn up and really small and the scrambled eggs were runny, my partner did not enjoy it at all. The Continental was just cereal, pastries, pancakes, yogurt, fruit and toast in a self serving capacity. I was expecting meats and other items, but I made do with some croissants. Like I side the hotel is lovely, but you could probably get a better breakfast at one of the other places on site.

Room was fine overall but a whirring noise (it wasn’t the bathroom fan either) was really prominent all night. Couldn’t figure it out and it kept me awake for a while. A shame as the room was great otherwise. Beefeater next door needs a deep clean, I’m afraid. Sticky floors in places and some grubby tables. They were also awaiting a delivery and several food items in the evening and at breakfast were unavailable. That said, Teresa, our server, went above and beyond to try and rectify this in the morning at breakfast. She was lovely. Very caring. She saved it really. Wanted to thank her.

Stayed 2 nights and paid good money for a basic room -- bed was not made and towels not replaced and tea and coffee - we had to go and get - Attached beefeater restaurant was closed Saturday due to what we were told was lack of staff -- opened for Breakfast Sunday - meant to be all you can eat but was table service -- great service - sadly poor produce. The restaurant look like it needs a good overhaul - just dull and dingy - 2nd day bypassed it and went to MacDonald's for brekkie --cheaper and better and that is saying something I stay at many premier inns and as always super staff -- but the ambience and this lacked something

Needed a bed for the night after a very long day of being a bridesmaid. Heading from Ashford to Gillingham was a long journey at such a late night. At first the post code sent us to the other side of the business park, sending us to Travel Lodge, so, I used the whole address which sent us to the other side where Premier Inn was. Car park wasn't that great, mainly because 70% of the vehicles were vans, who couldn't park straight, as well as other cars, so, parking was limited. The room was luxurious (to my taste), and the bed was massive and comfy, only thing was the shower, a little tricky to figure out. I would turn it on, then adjust the temp, then the pressure would fall. Other than that, I got sleep, aside from the boyfriend twitching all night.

This is a very good Premier Inn. Good location Good Parking Quick friendly check in and out. Very clean and comfortable room. It's quiet. Plenty of eating options within walking distance. The overall impression and experience is of a well decorated, clean well run Inn.

No concerns good stay only concern the beefeater was closed for lunch and evening meal room very clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Had a good nights sleep and was quiet. Easy check in and out.

All good, as expected, quiet night, clean room and comfy bed, shower gel, hairdryer, tea & coffee provided. Lots of places to eat in the area, close to M20. Easy to park, friendly staff, fast check in would stay again.
