阿興頓普瑞米爾客棧的評價

Great hotel, but both the free and paid internet were shocking. Zero mobile/cell reception also so it's like staying in a tech black hole!

早餐不錯，但附近比較荒蕪！

雖然我們住的地方離Premier Inn只有15分鐘車程，所以沒有入住，但還是決定去餐廳嚐嚐鮮，畢竟上次來這裡已經是好幾年前的事了。他們家的菜種類豐富，價格也很合理。食物非常美味，服務員也很熱情周到。我們肯定會在不久的將來再次光顧。

Stayed here 2 nights opted for the meal deal both nights (well worth it) Room was as expected clean , comfiest bed ever Restaurant was a nice setting for breakfast etc all the meals were enjoyable & one of the best Premier Inn breakfasts we've had Helen on reception was lovely The only niggle is .. as a smoker when I left husband in the room watching tv , I needed the key card to get through a couple of doors (2 cards would be helpful)

我去之前查了阿什頓分店和伊莉莎白女王二世購物中心的價格，結果到了之後卻被告知我的手機連不上網，不能享受同樣的優惠。我帶著年幼的孩子，想暫時逃離家裡的困境。我說我付不起，因為我需要錢養孩子，結果他們就把我打發走了，還說了些亂七八糟的話。他們還說我的包包有火災隱患，我稍微挪動了一下，因為我是殘疾人，已經盡力了，結果他們又說我的包包有火災隱患。我哭著睡著了，感覺很不安全。謝謝你提醒我，說話真是個愚蠢的想法。

最近趁著天氣暖和的時候來過這裡，真是迫不及待想離開。飯店停車位很多，位於郊野公園內，環境優美。但是房間很陳舊，晚上又悶又熱。沒有空調，窗戶只能開一條縫，根本透不進空氣。簡直熱得像蒸籠。隔壁的酒吧也很普通。附近有很多更好的Premier Inn酒店。

我們之前只去過隔壁的餐廳和酒吧，但這次也住了飯店。這是一間典型的Premier Inn飯店。房間舒適安靜。飯店有充足的免費停車位，位於鄉村公園內，所以景色宜人，晚上也有地方可以逛逛。隔壁就是一家餐廳和酒吧，可以吃飯。員工熱情友善。

Well lets start. The Room was to warm no opening window and the air-conditioning was not very good at all. Evening meal was not very good loot warm and greasy. Also very slow service. Up side after not sleeping most of the night was the breakfast was pretty good.

無線網路訊號不好，手機訊號也不好。酒吧沒有小瓶裝普羅塞克氣泡酒，沒有魚派，沒有熱狗，沒有像樣的精釀啤酒/IPA，酒吧沒有新鮮的無咖啡因咖啡，只有速溶咖啡。即使不忙，上菜也要等一個小時。餐廳裡沒人打掃地板。戶外兒童遊樂區看起來一直處於關閉狀態。唯一值得一提的是室內兒童遊樂區。

We picked the place based on photos and facilities of a lovely lakeside frontage and bar/restauraurant in the evenings. Only to find on arrival that the bar/restaurant was permanently shut and the lake heavily dog fouled. Food was available in a limited capacity but when we enquired about getting drinks we were refused because we hadn't booked a meal. Reception staff were wholly negative about the place and suggested elsewhere. On days we requested a room clean it was refused and would only empty the bin. Room pricing was different each of the 7 nights and would have got better service from a hotel at the same price. They have to improve, the standard doesn't match the advertising hype.

We've been staying here at least once a year for a few years now on our way to and from Scotland. There's a large free car park and it's by the lake of Queen Elizabeth Park. I booked it a year ago and at that time Cookhouse and Pub were still providing the meals but they closed before we got there, so I wasn't sure whether we'd get breakfast or an evening meal as I'd had no communication. When we arrived we had to book both, as Premier Inn have taken the restaurant over, but don't seem to be generally open to much business. The decor was the same but there was no seating outside. The menu had changed, but it was good. I ordered a pizza and you could tell it had been hand made as it was irregular in shape. I chose the toppings and I was half way through before I realised there was no chicken, but no worries, it still tasted good. My husband had the curry and said it was also good. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. It's also good that you can enter and exit the restaurant from the hotel without going outside. Our room wasn't as good as some we've had in the past. We had no view except the roof of the rooms in front, but I could open the window and get fresh air. The bed was OK, the Wi Fi OK, and there was a chair and table to sit on/at. It even had a bath, which is very unusual for Premier Inn - normally it's shower only. I would stay again if we needed to but I have other options in the area as well.

With the recent closure of many pub/restaurants adjoining premier inns I was fairly apprehensive about our planned trip to Northumberland,however the remaining staff who escaped losing their jobs,went above and beyond to ensure a very pleasant stay,although understaffed and very busy,they remained cheerful and very helpful,they were excellent,I can’t praise them too highly.

Well placed for visiting the coast and Cragside at Rothbury. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and tidy. The only minor issue was the evening meal, the Cookhouse Pub had just been taken over by the hotel and staff were still learning. We had quite a long delay for our main meals due to a staffing issue in the kitchen, the waitress kept us informed of the issue and apologised numerous times for the delay (communication is a good thing). Once the mains were served they were hot, tasty and well presented. I'm sure things will only improve as the staff get used to the procedures.
