房間有冷氣，前台有水供應。游泳池，不過發生小插曲。我們選的房總有浴缸不過他們的房門每次關門都很大聲，隔音不太好。 不過交通幾方便很快到M6

Room a little dated and sink did not work as the plug was stuck in it. The staff were very friendly but the food was not good. I asked for nachos and was told they weren’t available and so I decided to take fish and chips. The fish was over cooked and the chips were full of grease and I couldn’t eat them. Was given a refund for the fish and chips. Breakfast was a good choice but you have to pay for a decent coffee. Not sure if I’d stay here again.

Great stop over on the way to Scotland! Tired the kids out in the pool and even got some Jacuzzi time myself. Great facilities and fit four of us comfortably. The staff couldn’t do more, especially at breakfast when they looked after my kids and showed them the bookcase. Thank you to the lady who used to be a British Airways hostess particularly! 

2024 年 9 月 20 日，我在威根智選假日酒店 (Wigan Holiday Inn Express) 度過了一段非凡的時光後，沒想到第二天（2024 年 9 月 21 日），同一酒店集團的另一家酒店的服務卻有如此鮮明的對比。 這次，我們在前台感受到了完全不同的態度——粗魯和不屑一顧。儘管我們多次請求幫助，例如把我的房間安排得離朋友的房間近一點、延遲一小時退房（我朋友的房間得到了批准）以及修理我房間的空調問題（我朋友的房間很好），但我們得到的解釋都是模糊的、毫無幫助的，就像對待**一樣。這感覺就像與迴避直接回答的政治官員打交道一樣。 這是我第一次在離開酒店時感到真正的憤怒。他們可能更適合從政。

我們很享受在這裡的短暫停留。早上從中國抵達，但入住時間是下午 3:30。提前打電話預約辦理入住手續，並獲得了安排，這樣我們就可以快速洗個澡並在下午 3 點參加比賽。只要您穿著合適的鞋子，步行距離就不遠（15 分鐘）。 早餐很棒，品種豐富，而且 Trisha 是一位很好的服務員。 接待處提前預訂了返回火車站的計程車，並按計劃準時到達。

Pool was great for the kids, breakfast was spot on. Bar area is great. Hotel rooms a little bit dated but suitable.

The Hotel is Ideal for families with children - great facilities and Breakfast was perfect!

Nice hotel, used this hotel a couple of times and go back, not had breakfast there yet but will definitely try sometime
