食物太糟糕了，服務生不準時上菜，只有一位來自印度的主人下午在場，是唯一的好服務生。

The customer service was amazing at the W everyone from the valet to check in to housekeeping to room service. Will always stay here the room was cool and beautiful! 10/10

Everything about our one night stay was perfect except for the bed and pillows. Neither of us slept for the one night we were there due to the lack of comfort. Not only the bed, but there were 2 smoke alarms on the ceiling with blinking lights. You would need an eye mask to not notice them all night. Other than those details, the staff was lovely and the location doesn't get better.

A lot of service issues. People were nice but we didn’t have hot water in our room for 2 days. Took an hour to get a piece of toast from room service.

Hallways had a funky smell and my girlfriend had the buffet out last morning there and had a very small tac nail in her eggs we didn’t want to cause an issue just to let the manager know said he would take care of our room service bill again wasn’t looking for a freebie bust since he offered I was happy about that and then when I checked out nothing was taken care of still had all my charges on room service.

Great place to stay. They pick you up from the airport. They’re at the base of Aspen Mountain

We had an amazing time - it is ur favorite hotel in Aspen!! Recommended to everyone

Shuttle service was great. Room size was little small and it felt cramped for 4 people.
