The location of this hotel is perfect walkable distance to the hallmarks of Assisi. The customer service unfortunately offered a horrific experience. A lady who goes by name Tiziana totally lack of manners. While my checking out, she attempted to charge for a lunch I had already paid previously, I had to show her my bank statement from my American Bank application option for her to believe me, how she handled the situation was a true pain and such unprofessional experience that it left a horrific bad taste as I was leaving Assisi. Later I called back to get her name, and Giuseppe tried to cover for her and hang up on me while I tried to ask who is running this hotel, as clearly there is room for improvement. First she told me that Elena manages this hotel, later said Manuela, when I asked for their phone number he rudely said Manuela was in Milan and refused to give me any contact information to talk to her. My advise is for you to stay in the hotel next door Ghiotto. This hotel needs some serious organizing with the clients accounts. Always keep your receipts until you leave because they will try really hard to double or triple charge you. And there is not one to talk to about it. Just don’t stay here!
