卡斯特羅佩特拉塔酒店(Castello di Petrata)

Ho soggiornato in questo bellissimo Castello in occasione di una festa di compleanno, posto incantevole sembra di stare fra le nuvole fuori dalla realta', una pace un senso di quiete provato raramente. Lo consiglio per chi volesse rigenerarsi e vivere qualche giorno fuori dal tempo.

Location incantevole, magica sia per la posizione con vista spettacolare su Assisi sia per l ottima gestione.Per non parlare della bellezza di tavolini posizionati sotto alberi di ginepro con profumo di lavanda e rosmarino Consigliatissimo.

Location incantevole immersa nella natura, silenziosa ideale per un weekend di relax. Mi è piaciuto meno il fatto che mancassero alcune cose in stanza come per esempio degli appendiabiti o un poggia valigia. Per il resto struttura accogliente e personale gentile. Da tornarci in stagione primaverile estivo ma sicuramente buono anche d’inverno per la relativa vicinanza a posti belli come Assisi.

Prachtig landhuis/kasteel hoog op de heuvel met uitzicht op de historische stad Assisi. Het is een heerlijk hotel in rustige omgeving met mooi zwembad, prachtige bloementuin en goed restaurant met producten van eigen landgoed.

It pains me to write this but if you are thinking of having your wedding here… stay away. Yes we got married in 2023 which was a busy year for them BUT their communication was horrific. They simply didn’t care if I had issues, requests etc. The wedding planner that comes with the venue, Alessandra, is probably the worst wedding planner I have come across. Doesn’t respond to emails and is incredibly rude - doesn't care either. She hadn’t even asked me for a table plan 5 days to go before our wedding!! They took money from my guests by ‘accidentally’ charging them twice, they left us at midnight and didn’t even say reception would be shutting down. We were incredibly respectful & they just didn’t care about anything. Food served to my guests was wrong and wasn’t what was agreed. My flowers were wrong, my flowers were actually thrown away without me even being asked!!! Leading up to our wedding, I constantly tried to get in touch with them and they were always too ‘busy’ - I thought they would pull it off, but sadly they didn’t. AVOID. The breakfast was honestly cheap and awful. It’s such a shame as a bitter taste has been left in my mouth regarding our wedding. Wish I had chosen a different venue.

What a place! The venue. The staff were all amazing. Went to the best wedding ever! BUT! if you buy any drink or food you will be ripped off u unfairly. Now I don’t mind paying more for amazing locations, but we orderd chicken nuggets and chips (which are actually quavers) 4 nuggets €16!!! The spaghetti bolognaise also €16 had zero meat and wasn’t even spaghetti pasta! They were both awful. Ok guys I know I’m a top of a mountain, but you could have delivered something quality. You just left us feeling ripped off. After all that effort you let yourselves down severely! Shame on you. Screw me for more but deliver something quality. Or preferably don’t screw me!!! Shame on your owners for that!! They let the team down awfully! A sour taste after an dreamlike wedding

We did not expect the excellent view of the Abbey of Saint Francis of Assisi that greeted us on our journey to Castello di Petrata. Once in the hotel the views were sublime and our three days stay was marvellous.

Absolutely stunning venue to visit and stay in for our friends’ wedding. The staff were helpful, attentive and sweet to our young toddler. The pool, terraces, bar, breakfast, all of it was amazing. Thank you.
