阿斯塔納Rixos酒店

Totally enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Considering the price, its location is perfect, just some walks away from the key landmarks in Astana, like the tent mall. Very safe location as well, even as I was walking after sun down. The bed & room was comfortable enough. I’d like kudos to the male receptionist when I checked in on the 21st, very friendly & even provided me with shopping tips on where to get the stuff I wanted & needed in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again when I come back in town

Bon Hotel avec rapport qualité prix correct. Tres bon petit dej buffet. Chambres spacieuses et propres, belle salle de bain. A proximité quelques restaurants et supermarchés. Staf sympa. Un taxi est nécessaire pour ce rendre au coeur de la ville ( ville immense !).

It was a very nice experience. I would especially like to mention ms Amyrlyn. I hope I got the name correct. She is a very pleasant personality worker. Always good to see good smiling faces. I have come to this part of the world for the first time. I am happy to chose Sheraton hotel.

Расположение отеля прекрасное. И еще прекрасный завтрак. На этом плюсы отеля заканчиваются. Удивительно, что reception выслушивает тебя и ничего не делает. 1) Номер был забронирован на двоих, в номере один халат и одни тапочки. Почему? Попросили принести все для второго человека, не дождались никогда. 2) В номере не закрывалась дверь в ванную комнату, опять звонок на reception, это правда сделали. 3) В номере не убирались и не пылесосили, и не вытирали пыль неделю (фото прилагаю). 4) Постельное белье не меняли каждый день, как было положено, я специально спросила на reception, а меняли только, когда я настоятельно просила об этом. 5) В номере не было косметических салфеток, их мы просили 5 !!!! дней, на 6 день нам их принесли. 6) Окно с прекрасным видом на город грязное, его бы следовало помыть. 7) В баре меню с разными ценами.Как такое возможно? 8) В джакузи вода холодная. Cпросили у девушки, которая там работает о причине холодной воды, она сказала, что сломано. И еще можно перечислять долго. Друзья,это 5- звездочный отель и вы не соответствуете этим звездам. Нужно обращать внимание на просьбы и отзывы своих постояльцев.

We chose this hotel because of many great reviews about friendly staff, clean and neat rooms and tasty food on breakfasts and dinners. The staff is wonderful. Especially Ainur!!! The location is great. We recommend this wonderful hotel for everyone to stay both for leisure and for work

我們曾經住在這裏,但我們已經忘記了在另一個城市的公寓的,儘管我們住了8年,但後來,我們已經定居了幾次,朋友們從俄羅斯飛往美國大使館拿到簽證。它穿過路線是無可爭議的加上位置。我們現在從阿斯塔納搬來了。當接到簽證問題時,我們已經開始,不考慮預訂了,舊記憶。服務質量下降到零!清理沒有!!!!我們晚點來,帶着兩個小孩,很久沒能先坐出租車到達地盤(警衛甚至不允許拆行李)。然後不能通過家。這裏是住宅區,不僅僅是酒店。沒有指示,沒有人在門口至少掛牌...打電話到哪裏?上哪一層去找處處?D6)))進房間,把孩子們放在臥室的黑暗中。開始鋪牀和洗第二套衣服,它髒,不光彩,全在頭髮。我打電話到接待處,聽說:”女早上會來,現在沒人了”。經過長時間的討論,大家都拿了衣服,早上我發現孩子們睡的衣服也髒了,有鞋子的保護器,子住了,水不流了。第三天,我叫了監察員,他們允許我接待我的公寓。他們從牀底下從裏面拿出皮瓶,噴出地毯,洗了早已不洗的地板。也整理好了。所以711號洗了,可以進去住😂 我們是如何困惑地告訴一個住在附近的塊的朋友,最近才發現,着名的......這裏(同一建築)有女孩住在這兒,當顧客來訪時,他們會把這些機器拿下來,不離開家,所以不用和孩子一起坐在這裏。是的,暖氣廁所,聰明的房子,一切。但是當這些東西變得非常不乾淨時, 這些小子就不喜歡了.

An amazing hotel in the middle of a city of the future. The Hilton Astana is conveniently located just across feb street of the financial center, an expo space that is amazing. The museum of the energy of they future, Nur Alem is an amazing view. My room was just in front of it, and it was breathtaking. I tried the three restaurants, all fantastic. My favorite was the rooftop bar. Great food and drinks and a FABULOUS service. The hostess was so nice and the gentlemen of the bar were amazing. The hotel made arrangements for transportation from and to the airport and within the city; that made my stay so easy. Next to the hotel you can find a huge mall. Rooms were big, comfortable and clean. Just one detail, the hotel was getting ready for a big event so there was more noise than expected. Elevators were also having problems.

I recently redeemed my complimentary night with breakfast at the Ritz Carlton Astana and the experience was delightful. Club Connoisseur members benefit from several perks, one of which is a free night in a deluxe room, which oozed luxury and comfort. That night I also took advantage of my 20% off a cocktail master class that was interesting, fun, and relaxing. I would like to acknowledge several staff members who made a great impression on me for their professionalism, kindness, and competence. At check-in, Aslan the bellman, braved semi-apocalyptic weather (gale force winds and sheets of rain) to open the very heavy hotel doors for me and retrieve my bag from the taxi. Altynay, the receptionist, checked me in and gave me a beautiful room on a high floor so I could enjoy a view of the city. Sayan, who is in charge of Club Connoisseur, was there to welcome me in person and wish me a nice stay. Later, after I came back from the spa, I had to go back to reception as, embarrassingly, I couldn’t remember my room number (I’d lost the key card sleeve Altynay had given me with the room number on it). Ulkbek, at reception, quickly found me in the system and kindly offered to give me a new sleeve so I wouldn’t forget my room number again. I accepted the offer! That night I went to the cocktail master class at Mokki and, after Aizhan the hostess (who recognized me!) showed me to my seat, Alexander, the mixologist, made it fun, lighthearted, and educational. I now know how to make 4 different kinds of summer spritz cocktails! I met a French-Canadian couple at the class, and we spoke French a lot. At some point, Aidana, who was waiting on the master class participants, made a great impression on all of us when she asked us in flawless French, which one of the snacks we would prefer! She also was kind enough to give me snacks on soft bread as I have braces and cannot bite into hard foods. The next morning, I had breakfast at Mokki. The eggs were perfect and Symbat made me the perfect weak americano coffee I prefer to drink in the morning. Alfonso greeted me in Italian – always nice to see him! Even Altynay, who is in charge of marketing at the hotel, came to greet me and ask how my stay was going. At checkout, Mukhtar came to get my bag from my room and carry it down to the lobby. At reception, Nargiza checked me out quickly and efficiently and that was the end of a very special 24 hours. At least, this time, Aslan didn’t have to brave the elements when he helped me with my bag to the cab! Apologies for the very long-winded review, but the level of attention I received from everyone I have named (and perhaps some I forgot) required special mention. I felt very special and pampered by everyone and I will certainly be back. The training the Ritz Carlton Astana employees receive is working and congratulations to all!
