Very quaint motel. They have done alot of work fixing it up. We would love to come back when its warmer and take advantage of the outdoor patio.

Absolutely loved our experience there. Unbeatable view, very comfortable accommodations, pet friendly room, and, the view is unmatched. Great service, great location. We will definitely choose the Crest again as the home base for activities in the most beautiful and interesting corner of the world (to us).

The view was very nice. Very nice service.
It is pet friendly but some of the guest did not clean up after there dogs. You had to watch where you walked.

It's all about the view! This very standard, basic hotel takes advantage of scenic Astoria. Simple watching the ships go by near the Columbia river is an enjoyable way to spend some time

The motel is on a beautiful piece of property at the edge of Astoria. The view of the river is breathtaking and you are close to the river trail for a nice walk. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is very helpful.

Pros: Nice view of river, basic room. Hot tub was hot even on a December eve. Close to River Walk (east entrance) just down the hill.
Cons: Bed was on soft side.

Booked a pet-friendly room, arrived extremely tired to discover pet friendly meant dogs only. They refused us a room because we had a cat, leaving us with no options during an exhausting move.

We had a lovely stay. Staff was super friendly. Views were fabulous. Comfy bed. Lots of hot water. Breakfast was adequate and as advertised. Our room was broiling hot when we checked in, but that was easily remedied by a nice box fan and an open slider. We heard the next day that there was a noise complaint overnight but we never heard anything because we slept with that nice box fan running all night. Would definitely stay again.
