阿斯圖里亞斯Puerto del Acebo, Grandas de Salime (1023 m.)附近酒店

The hotel as a whole is a beautiful place in a wonderful location. The first impression was great. Friendly and welcoming check-in. However, once details come up and they are not resolved, it becomes annoying. Rooms lack basic amenities like tissues, cotton buds, cotton pads, nail file (amenities that are standard in a 5 star hotel). The same room types, which cost exactly the same per night, differ in the amenities that are available in some and not in others. We have 3 rooms of the same category. For example, there is full body mirror in room 203. But a mirror in room 202. (Same room type.) There is a long full-length mirror in 203 and 103 and there is none in 202. There is also a coffee maker in 202 but not in the other 2 rooms.. these are small insignificant details. The biggest problem is not the lack of amenities but the lack of attention because there is not enough staff. It's really a ”one man show”.... In the F&B areas. At the reception... no one answers the phone when you need reception and the coffee at breakfast only comes after breakfast has already been served... feel sorry for the poor staff, they are overworked. However when you need something done in the room... you can call and call, they might apologise but no other solution is given other than a room move. Which on a holiday is not very practical. The bathroom blinds in room 202 are damaged, no one even tries to fix it. In room 203 the windows do not open (faulty) maintenance does not check the condition... only solution is a room move... it would be nice for at least a gesture of finding a solution... I hope the people in charge read this because the place is beautiful, it has a lot of potential and it would be nice if other future guests could enjoy it and not be annoyed by small details that add up and become a burden during the stay.

Sobre todo quiero valorar la gran profesionalidad de todo el personal. La atención tan profesional y con tanta dedicación es muy de valorar. Es la segunda vez que vengo a este hotel y si por algún motivo volviese a Oviedo, no dudaría en volver.

-stayed here for two nights for business purposes -the hotel is very central and you can walk to the city center and all restaurants nearby -the personnel is kind and nice -the gym needs investments, if you like working out on your business trips you won’t be happy with the equipment, a bit of age (I did a 30mins ride on the station bike and that could be exchanged to a new one for example) -breakfast is good and they serve some typical food from the region -bed is comfortable, the walls seem light as I could hear people in neighboring rooms

Firstly the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful! And that isn't the case in all hotels! We felt very welcome. We were even offered a kettle and hot drinks making stuff - without us having to ask! We were given good advice about where to eat in town. The underground carpark is easily accessed and easy to negotiate, once we knew where we were going! Lift access directly into the hotel. Our room was clean and very spacious. Plenty of storage space and everything that should be in a hotel room was there. Breakfast was very adequate, although I didn't sample the cooked food. The waiting staff were polite and very helpful. Access to the city was easy, and although I think we would be challenged to be able to walk to the cathedral in 10 minutes (as advertised somewhere!). Allow at least 15 minutes, plus a couple of hours ”shopping time” on the way! The old parts of the city are interesting with little squares and occasional markets to be explored. What else is there to say? Very good value for money!

Excelente trato del personal, super simpáticos y amables. Llegamos fuera de la hora de recepción, avisamos y no nos pusieron problema, nos estaban esperando. Habitación amplia, limpia y cuidada. A pesar de estar en pleno centro, no se escucha mucho ruido.

Buen hotel el con muy buena atención, limpio, con aparcamiento y tranquilo a pesar de estar cerca de la autovía. En mi caso, fui en grupo y solicitamos una habitación más para re ubicarnos porque al final venía un viajero más, más tarde que el grupo, y no hubo problemas, es más nos querían mandar a la camarera de planta por si las camas estaban deshechas, ya que nos habíamos tumbado después del viaje. Un detalle esas pequeñas cosas. Habitaciones renovadas y buen buffet desayuno.

Comida muy regular, camas duras, ascensores antiguos y lentos, en mi habitación exceso de calor, sin aire acondicionado ni ventilador. En general parece un hostal y no un hotel, está en buen sitio, algunos trabajadores con exceso de propotencia.
