Excelente ubicación, la recepción es 24 horas. Tiene cocina, nevera e inclusive lavadora, la vista desde el balcon muy buena. Esta cerca de restaurantes y un centro comercial. El wifi anda bien. Esta genial para un viaje a Asuncion

Novissimo com otima localizacao! Excelente, a poucas quadras do shopping del sol e com um mercado quase 24h em frente! Estrutura impecavel, novissimo! Recepcao 24h nota 10! E maleiro pra deixar mochilas se chegar antes!

The lack of clean. The apartment wasn’t ready upon arrival. I slept on a used sheets. The bathroom was used and not cleaned. The person at the front desk come over to verify the situation and promise another apartment for the next day. Then someone else told me that it wasn’t possible so they sent someone to clean and change the sheets and towels the next day!

Amazing stay with great amenities We had a wonderful stay: The whole apartment was wonderful. The main bedroom had a private bathroom. Very spacious, comfortable living room with couch and dinning area (chairs and table) The kitchen had a microwave, water heater to make tea, coffee maker, coffe was even available. Oven, range, big fridge and even a freezer on top of the fridge, and a washing machine with dryer. The balcony was wonderful with incredible views during the day and at night. The swimming pool was great with cold water which was exactly the right thing for the heat. A gym was also available and a sauna. Safe area little supermarket close The center of Asuncion is easily reachable by Uber in about 15 minutes even with traffic. This place made our stay in Asuncion wonderful.
