亞松森喜來登酒店(Sheraton Asuncion Hotel)

Una grata sorpresa muy cómoda y limpia la habitación el Servicio de la Recepción una Genialidad Maria Victoria Rivero te solucionaba todo Roaming del Celular, Chek Inn del aéreo de retorno pero también sus compañeros, muy buen desayuno y atención.

Fui com minha família passar o Ano Novo no Sheraton de Assunção e ficamos surpreendidos com o requinte da festa de réveillon. A decoração, Buffet de frios variadíssimo, pratos quentes dos mais diversos, mesa de doces para ninguém botar defeito, além de uma ampla carga de bebidas e um DJ que animou a festa, aliado com um serviço de mesa irretocável. Parabenizo, em particular, o gerente LUÍS pela coordenação da festa, assim como os colaboradores JUAN, DÉBORA, ALEX y EDUARDO (refeição). Também agradeço e parabenizo a Sra EVELYN BOGARIN pelo profissionalismo e forma cordial e atenciosa com que efetuou as reservas. Foi uma festa FANTÁSTICA! Retornaremos com certeza!

El check in fue sin mayores inconvenientes aunque poco amable, la habitación en el 8vo piso con el aire acondicionado súper ruidoso, la pileta en el roof top no funcionó en toda la semana, excelente la atención en el desayuno & en el bar. Excelente el servicio de limpieza de los cuartos aunque lo habían en horarios poco convencionales. Creo que hay mejores opciones en Asuncion por lo que cobran. No volvería.

Hotel mediano, abaixo do normal para um Sheraton. Quarto com carpete velho (ruim para alergias), colchão mole e chuveiro sem pressão, com temperatura da água instável. Café da manhã bom, com ótimo serviço. Localização ótima, próximo dos 2 melhores shoppings e de bons restaurantes.

Located a short drive from the airport and in the middle of the new part of the city. 10 mins drive to the old part. A good hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, reasonable gym and good breakfast. There are shopping areas either side of the hotel for those items forgotten as well. All in all a good hotel

We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were clean and mattresses were nice .Room and specially bathroom need remodeling. Staff was friendly and hotel breakfast was suitable. Club room is basic, so overall I would give it 4 stars. Perfect Location.

Stayed here for 2 weeks for a work trip. The staff are all friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant servers! The beds are comfortable. It’s in an easy to access and safe area with many food options available nearby. It’s about 25 min away by Uber from the historical center, but is great for business meetings. I booked a conference room during my stay here and it was very easy. They also have laundry services on site and all of my clothes came back fresh the next day. The gym is small but has everything you need for a good workout. The walls are a bit thin and I’d recommend ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper, but besides that it was a perfect stay. My only recommendation is for them to add tea kettles to the room. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
