我第一次有這麼差的酒店房間清潔服務😡，這間酒店預訂了由7月9日至7月11日，昨天行程完了回酒店，
1.發現浴室嘅毛巾完全沒有，收起了污糟的毛巾，但沒有添置身的，請看以下的圖。
2. 水樽的水飲完，但房間整理後沒有添置新的水，後來要晚上老公出去便利店買水，都費事再問counter攞水。
3. 枱上有少許薯片碎，是在第一入住晚上小朋友吃過的，第二日房間清潔依然在枱上。
4. 在窗邊放了一條細的清潔污糟毛巾，應該是清潔完忘記了或故意留下（忘記了影相），已交到了reception。
總括而言，房間清潔負分😡😡😡
但老實說， reception不論男或女的receptionist都好有禮貌及樂意幫助，只是如果你沒有預備大量的小費，不要考慮入住這間酒店！
This is the worst hotel housekeeping service I've ever experienced. 😡 We stayed at this hotel from July 9 to July 11. After returning to the hotel yesterday following a day of sightseeing, we found several issues:
There were no bath towels in the bathroom. The used towels had been removed, but no clean ones were provided. Please see the photo below.
The complimentary bottled water was not replenished. After the room was cleaned, there was no new bottled water. My husband had to go out to a convenience store at night to buy some because we didn't want to bother asking the front desk.
There were a few potato chip crumbs left on the table. My child had eaten some chips on our first night, and after the room was cleaned the next day, the crumbs were still there.
A small dirty cleaning cloth was left on the windowsill. It was probably forgotten by housekeeping after cleaning (unfortunately I forgot to take a photo). We handed it over to the reception desk.
Overall, the housekeeping service deserves a negative score. 😡😡😡
That said, I have to be fair—the front desk staff, both male and female receptionists, were always polite, friendly, and willing to help.
However, unless you're prepared to give generous tips, I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.
