We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait multiple times, especially late at night, and not be able to shower or rest comfortably. This is certainly not the level of service or comfort we aim to provide.The issue you encountered was due to a temporary technical malfunction affecting the hot water supply on that floor. However, this does not excuse the delay in resolving the matter or the fact that you had to come down to the front desk multiple times. We are especially sorry that you could not find a staff member at one point — this is not in line with our 24/7 reception policy, and the matter has already been addressed internally with our team.We are glad that the room change resolved the issue and that you were finally able to enjoy a proper hot shower. At the same time, we truly regret that the inconvenience affected your sleep and overall experience.Please rest assured that the technical issue has been fully checked and resolved to ensure it does not happen again.We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve.
