房間簡單，夠用，寬敞，帶廚房和客廳，三星級別。地理位置就在海邊，過馬路就是6號，7號有軌電車，去碼頭，海濱和古城區非常方便。6號有軌電車的終點就是憲法廣場，去各個景點都可以步行，去機場在憲法廣場轉地鐵就可以直達。

都不錯，就是洗澡不太好，花灑是壞的，裝的位置也不合適，洗起來比較困難。

We needed a place to stay for our family of 8 before getting to Athens airport so we booked online 2 rooms. 1 of the room was renovated but the other one looked Iike I was back in 1980. There were 2 bedrooms with space for 5 to sleep. 1 and 1/2 bath. Shower was clean and modern but everything else was old and outdated. There was a huge terrace but unable to open doors in the 2 bedrooms. Very noisy street but the AC noise covers the sounds. The view on the water is nice and there were chairs to sit on the patio. There was a good romantic restaurant walking distance. The neighborhood is not very exciting but appeared safe. The front desk employees were extremely nice and there was an elevator and a clean stairway opened to walk upstairs. I will definitely not return. Thankfully I only spent a few hours there. The place was actually clean with no insects or cockroaches which we had in the hotel we stayed the night before.

Apartment was very spacious, clean and a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and asked every day if we needed anything Great location with fantastic sea views and Alimos marina

El hotel es viejo pero está renovado, las habitaciones son amplias y tienen los básicos necesarios, aunque ningún extra.

The hotel is not fancy but it's got everything you need to make your stay comfortable and the location is great! Staff is super friendly and very accommodating.

Заселились для отдыха после прилета и просмотра Афин на две ночи. Отель показался старым, не совсем то, что ожидаешь по фото. Персонал дружелюбный, в целом, не могу сказать ничего особенного, мы были всего пару ночей. От центра города далеко, только на такси. Или на трамвае, остановка недалеко от отеля. Вокруг ничего нет Понравилось: номер больших размеров, вид на марину, уютный балкон Не понравилось: в номерах был неприятный запах, возможно, от коврового покрытия, это испортило впечатления. Вообще, не очень чисто в целом. Под окнами шумная дорога Вердикт: не вернемся второй раз

Per chi deve imbarcarsi nella Marina di Alimos é sicuramente una scelta ottima in quanto é comodissimo arrivarci dall' aeroporto col bus X96 che ferma di fronte e costa solo 5.50 € , poi per andare in porto basta attraversare la strada e se vole andare in centro col tram é comodo ed economico . Nelle vicinanze molti ristoranti tra cui consiglio Vassily e Piripiri Gli appartamenti sono carini con due camere un bagno una cucinetta ed un piccolo living , ottimi per 4 persone Personale gentile e cordiale Consigliatissimo

Very loud street noise with little sound proofing. No A/C, even though it was listed as a feature. We were staying during a heat wave. However, when requesting the A/C be turned on, the staff said that the system was automatically controlled and the set point temperature had not been reached. They recommended we open a window at night to let in “cool” air. Unacceptable! If you want a to sleep at night at a reasonable ambient temperature, then avoid this property at all cost.

VERY NICE LOCATION WITH SEA VIEW AND EASY TRANSPOTRATION FROND OF THE HOTEL

The property was as pictured, very nice! And the road traffic really couldn’t be heard from the bedroom. Black out shades were a bonus.

Close to trams to go into Athens down to Glyfatha. Beach was 10 minutes away walking distance or you could drive there or take the tram. Bed mattresses need to be replaced, could feel springs. Decor is dated, otherwise it was very suitable for our needs.

Super nice apartment and huge balcony that gave a nice little view of the Marina and a glorious sunset. The tram on the other side of the road gets you directly to Syntagma Square. Taverna Vasillis up the block was great and there's a beat snack bar around the corner for all your corner and quick bite needs. Nisi a quick walk away was also great eating. I'd stay again

Really loud noisy room. Earplugs are required (you can find them near the bed). Room is clean, but you’ll need to cook your breakfast or go somewhere to have it. Showers are ok, toilet could flush better. No complimentary water. Fridge is medium size, but that’s more than enough. Staff is really great here. I’m not sure I would stay here again because of all the noise and bad pillows
