I stayed here last night. I checked in and the shower was dripping. The unit is a fiberglass unit and the drip made a noise that can drive you crazy. So I picked up the phone to call for maint or a new room and the phone is totally dead. I get moved as there was no maint on duty. The new room was 401 and that is against the street which is full of numbskulls racing and going nowhere but in circles with their jazzed up noise machines. The internet was just 6.89 download too. I gave up trying to upgrade to windows 11. Also worn and stained carpet in places including your way out the the parking lot in floor 2. The breakfast was ok though and they have 24 hour free coffee. Overall though this a a poor quality if you you have stayed in other Holiday Inn Express this one may not measure up.

No curtain on the bathroom window in full view of buildings across the street; no cleaning or replacement of towels one night; elevators that break down; paint coming off the walls; and worst was all the noise coming from the bathroom floor drain all made for a not-great stay. Room itself was fine - except for the non-cleaning - but the rest of the place wasn't. Decent breakfast though. Hotel was packed for a trade show at Mart so I didn't bother to complain about any of the above; there wasn't anything they could do about them or the lamp that didn't work.
