亞特蘭大市中心萬豪SpringHill Suites酒店(SpringHill Suites Atlanta Downtown)

This hotel is okay. It's close to the aquarium and the Coca-Cola museum in the civil Rights museum. Breakfast was okay. It could be a little cleaner those sofas were a little grungy. The hotel charge me two times. I had to contest it with my credit card company and show the receipt that my boyfriend paid for the room. They didn't take payment off my room when we checked in so we paid twice. I had to call my credit card company and I had to call trip.com to resolve the issue. The staff aren't very knowledgeable. They don't really know anything about Atlanta or can't recommend restaurants. The hotel was okay but really not up to Marriott standards..

The entrance to get to the front desk if your driving is on the side street, they offer parking but it’s $40 per night (kind of expensive), my first interaction wasn’t pleasant because the guest service representative was very unprofessional, our room was located on the 6th floor facing the aquarium, very clean but really small. They ran out of face towels and it was really hard getting extra toilet paper. Overall, the location is excellent it’s directly across from the aquarium, coke cola world, the breakfast club and so much more. You can walk or ride a scooter to the Mercedes Benz stadium.

Front desk staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was better than some hotels I’ve previously stayed at. Room was clean and presentable but I couldn’t help but feel that housekeeping hadn’t quite finished taking care of the room despite us arriving at 4.30pm. No coffee cups, creamers, sweeteners etc and no liners in the trash cans. But Would stay here again.

We were in town for a night for a Queen concert. We valet parked our car with the hotel valet. Went to leave the following day and they couldn’t find our car keys. Found my car… vandalized with the car keys still inside of it. They offered to have someone come 2 hours later to replace our broken glasses and we declined as we had a 5 hour drive. Won’t be back.

This property is right across the street from the Aquarium and the Coke facility, so attractions are walkable. The breakfast is the best I've had, and I work for a different hotel company. My only problem was I saw online at booking that we could request firm pillows, but the gentleman who was working said there wasn't anything other than the soft pillows, so I used the pillows from the sofa. Also valet is required there's no other option, which is $40 a day. Overall, or visit to Atlanta was amazing!
