Wonderful place

Nice clean hotel my experience was amazing I stay 3 nights celebrating my wedding anniversary. We were checked in by Mimi and she was amazing and Shanika (night auditor) treated us really well.. customer service on point everything was up to my expectations . Thanks guys you will be seeing us pretty soon again .. ＜3

Wonderful lovely staff!!! Great area! We went for the Falcons Packers game and it was a short walk to the stadium. Many places to eat all walkable. The hotel was beautiful! Room super clean, comfy beds, awesome shower! Love the outdoor patio. Wonderful fireplace. We sat outside and watched college football with the glow of the fireplace!!!! Tracy at the front desk was fantastic!!!

We stayed here over a weekend while visiting friends in the area and I was pleasantly surprised. The location is central to where we needed to go, check-in was a breeze, and the front staff were so warm and helpful! They were honestly the best part of our stay. Our room was clean and a good size. I don't think the bed was a king, it was definitely a queen but that's fine. It was surprisingly quiet being in the middle of downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Would recommend!

The room was clean and had everything needed. The only complaint I have is that the safe didn’t work. Also, want to comment on Mimi at the front desk. She was very welcoming, warm, and genuine. She made me feel like I was at home every time I walked in the front doors. She made the trip more enjoyable just by being so kind to me and everyone that came in. She’s a keeper!!

The best thing about this property was the customer service. I know that you’ll probably never thanked them personally, or even give them a raise but I believe this is probably the most important reason I would come back however, what I did not like about the profit it wants to $42 a day parking in order to stay is mandated you valet parking which is basically the valet just pulling your car around the back $42 for a parking place

While arriving at the AC Marriott the welcoming on Thursday august 24 around 1pm wasn’t so warming I was greeted with a negative attitude when I asked question in regards to the payment I felt like o was bothering the worker because of the energy I received also when a second worker came out and ask the original worker did we needed help she replied while I was standing there I don’t know she also proceeded to take another guest while helping us after I ask her to give me a minute so I could properly transfer money

Tracy at the front desk greeted every customer that walked in the door as if she knew them. She gave great restaurant recommendations and made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is clean, rooms are nice, lobby and adjacent areas are beautiful. Location was very convenient for us-we walked to most of our activities. Valet parking was very helpful (especially since there was sone construction around the parking area)
