La mayoría del personal son muy amables. La única queja que tengo es que las piscinas no estaban funcionando y uno de los motivos por lo que escogí este hotel fue porque tenía piscina 😐

In the center of all things downtown and was easily accessible to the festival I attended. Really good staff as well

I’m kind of disappointed with my stay except for one part. Dwight was very kind to us and he upgraded our room to a suite. When checking out we were told everything was fine but at the airport I received a call saying I owed a balance I paid the balance but they charged me $50 extra dollars. It was also an issue with check in too. I don’t think I would ever stay at this hotel again unfortunately.

Payed in full in advance for a room with a king bed. Was told our room was overbooked because we booked through a third party site. They gave us a room with two doubles but would not refund the price difference. There was no onsite parlong and the hotel’s valet lot was full so we paid $25/day to park multiple blocks away in public parking. Front desk staff was rude and only one elevator was working. Beds were uncomfortable.

Valet services were poor. I had to request assistance despite the fact that i drove up and he was standing there. Then they were unable to valet because they were full. Check in staff never looked up despite the fact they were not busy on my arrival. My room was not the one i booked. Hotel worn and dated. If this constitutes 4 star i would hate to see what is considered 3 star. Left me with regret for not booking holiday inn express.

We arrived at 7pm and was told we could not have the king room we paid for, we would have to take a double bed. After I refused, suddenly there was a king available but needed to be cleaned. We had to wait 30 minutes for our room. Arriving on the floor we were smacked in the face with the smell of ****. Get to the room, and it smells like thick cigarette smoke with a floral spray. The smells actually made me sick, we missed the event we came to Atlanta for and ended up leaving after one night. I would never stay here again.

This property was my choice because the location was very convenient however check in was a hassle. The first room that was given had a constant unbearable noise and the floorboards were peeled back. Due to me being a light sleeper I had to request a different room. Grateful for the quick fix however, The second room that was given someone had just checked out so the bathroom and room were not prepared at all. I’m not sure if this was a system or human error but it was not a good look for the hotel. At this moment I was irate as I just wanted to sleep from a 9 hour long drive. The GSA in training was helpful and assisted us in getting a new room and gave us a pass for complimentary breakfast. Even though we didn’t use the pass it was a great save. There was other things that weren’t up to par however I can at least say that this hotel was a good 3/5 stars

They should not have the digital room key feature when you have to have a keycard to use the elevator. They charge me for the room that I prepaid for through *******. I called and they have not reversed the charge so I now have to dispute the room charges through my credit card.
