Valet was slow as possible. The wall in the halfway was peeling

Upon arrival valet instantly told my fiancé the parking garage would charge 25$ each time that we access the garage and that they would only charge a flat fee of 40$. When we checked out the young lady informed us that we were being charged 40$ each night for valet and that the parking garage would have been 25$ and charge per hour if we leave. Also, the fridge that was in our room was barely cool and very small and no microwave either and the mattress wasn’t the best. I’m dissatisfied honestly about the miscommunication on parking and the amenities at this hotel. Even downstairs the microwave was the size of a small safe and so was the fridge in our room. Marriott y’all wrong.

The staff was great, but the cleanliness of the hotel could use work. The nightstands and lamp shades look like they had never been cleaned. There was a door joining two rooms together and it was not locked on either side...so I accidentally opened the door to the other guest room when checking, and met my neighbor. The dead bolt on the door didn't seem to be working. The latch on the door had been ripped off and reattached. It didn't feel very secure.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It had no parking other that expensive valet parking at $40. I don’t like other people driving my vehicle so I had to drive down the street to a public parking garage which was $24. My wife and I are severely disabled so the walk from the parking garage was very bad with carrying our luggage. The hotel needs handicapped parking closer to it.

We arrived around 9:30 after traveling all day. When we got to our room and pulled back the covers there was crusty stain that looked like coffee on the sheets which obviously were not changed. I called and the front desk told me to come down to get sheets. I brought the sheets with me and instead of giving new sheets he tried to change our room since he felt bad. He gave new keys to the room right above. We moved all of our stuff up and went to open the door. The light turned green but when we tried to open it, it was somehow dead bolted from within. We brought all of our stuff back down to front desk and explained. He called engineering to have him take a look and apologized there were no additional rooms. By this time it was so late and we were exhausted I asked if we could just have sheets and change the bedding ourselves in the original room. They gave us those keys back. We went back up and changed the sheets. The next morning we realized there were stains over the blanket as well.

Was surprised to learn there was a 40.00 valet parking fee or either park in a public parking deck for 25.00 with a 5 minute walk to the hotel.

The check-in and out were both super fast and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. They take great care of this hotel and provide excellent service. My only gripe is $40 a day valet parking. They should offer a more economical self-park option. But all in all this location was 100% perfect for what we needed!

The stay was good but one thing I didn’t like is that valet parking $40 going and coming something has to change about the parking…

Clerk at check in was quite rude. First room has water leak, but they moved us promptly. But room was smaller beds and still charged us for bigger beds.
