亞特蘭大市中心W酒店(W Atlanta – Downtown)

Really dated and not to the normal standard I would expect from a W hotel. Great location though

The hotel was very clean, prompt & room service was great. The location could have been much better. Not very concienoent to go everywhere. The only have valet service, so dont park yourself.

Was asked to stay in a room with two queens after paying extra for a King with extra square footage in exchange for $50 in drink/food coupons but was never able to use them because during our appetizer at dinner (at the Hotel restaurant) I started going into anaphylactic shock after specifically telling them that I was highly allergic to tree nuts. They still put a meat containing pistachios on the charcuterie board. After that it just continued to go downhill.

Very disappointing stay. The corner suite was good, but dirty. Pieces of cake were literally on the ceilings. I’ve had to wait until 6pm before getting to my room after a long trip. The reason was they were still cleaning and with no other option available unless downgraded :(

This was the WORST hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. I’ve stayed in several 5 star hotels and this stay was extremely underwhelming. The entire hotel was completely ran down and needs renovations expeditiously. I stayed in one of the best rooms they offered and it was horrible. The paint was fading and there was dust and dirt in almost all of the corners. Most of the staff were rude and unresponsive to my concerns. Please do NOT stay here by any means.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms are very outdated and we’re not the cleanest. Still hair in the bathroom floor. Carpet just felt dirty walking on it, need a steam cleaning. Not what I expected from a W hotel.

1.) Lighting in the bathroom was very poor. 2.) Loud music throughout the night (We stayed on the 10th floor). 3.) Loud people in the hallway. 4.) Dust in the rooms

Stayed here at the W for a couple of days. My expectations were high due to the reviews. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Elevators smelled like ****. Not all lights worked in room. They charged for every little thing. Parking is $45 a night . The breakfast was the only thing that was good here. Staff was decent. But I would definitely go somewhere else. Everything was closed except the restaurant downstairs. Rate this place 2/10.

Chose this hotel for my girlfriend’s birthday weekend. This location was absolutely perfect. The staff was very accommodating. We had a wonderful weekend. We definitely will be back!
