愛默瑞會議中心酒店(Emory Conference Center Hotel)

Our stay at the Emory Conference Hotel was not good this stayed. We have stayed at the Emory Conference Hotel in the past and was extremely satisfied, however this visit on April 26, 2023 did not meet our expectations. We didn’t get proper rest because of the loud sounds of drilling and banging on something in another room that was next to our assigned room. The was the worst stay of any hotel experiences, I recommend that maintenance workers should schedule banging and drilling at a time when quest is not trying to rest. I left the hotel very disappointed and very tired, due to the noise that prevented us from sleeping in. The worker started the noise early morning, close to 7:00 Am Disappointed Quest B. I got to my room late at 11pm after checking in for my conference the next day and as soon as a went to sit in the bed i noticed a bed bug close to head board next to pillow. I immediately called front desk and they came to check , took photos and offered me a new room. No other apologies nor further mention of this topic made during my stay.

Nice facility, the only recommendations I have is when I first checked in the staff at the desk checked me in and gave me a room key and that’s it, she did not tell me the amenities, what time places opened and closed, nothing. I have checked into multiple hotels over the years being a traveling nurse and that caught me off guard to have to ask for that information. Also operating the shower should be more simple, the shower knob actually came off and I had to pop it back on. Also would me nice if the tv could be upgrades to offer streaming services and not just cable. Other than that, it was an average stay in a hotel.
