亞特蘭大瑞吉酒店(The St. Regis Atlanta)

Planned a romantic staycation with my wife and was disappointing at service and found for what you get it is grossly overpriced. I would suggest going elsewhere. Since Marriott purchased the St Regis and Ritz Carlton brands Marriott Corp has really reduced and diminished the quality and level of service previously provided and guests expected from what was a five star property brand. We have reservations at the on-site restaurant Atlas and a couples massage at the spa tomorrow and will follow up:

I was in ATL for a nearby funeral. I was checking and Nora very sweetly asked me what brought me to town. I told her a close friends funeral. She was only 55. She very quickly and repeatedly told me how sorry she was and she was clearly sincere and empathetic in her demeanor. Very personal but professional to the max. It was busy so she wrapped my checking in up very professionally and saying again how sorry she was. I thanked her again. Within an hour there was a knock at my door and another employee was there with an incredibly personal but again appropriate declaration of her sympathy on St Regis letterhead with a nice bottle of wine. I was taken aback to say the least. I’d had some frustration before checking in with getting dinner reservations (concierge didn’t follow up adequately IMO and I had to leave a voicemail for the operations manager which she didn’t return but had a restaurant employee email me back) but Nora’s empathy and kindness blew all of the earlier frustration away. Nora was awesome and hopefully I see her upon my return next week. The best part of the St Regis is its staff and Nora exemplifies that to the maximum.

We came here for a Mini stacatiinn,as a newly married couple. My husband spent 2 weeks organising chocalate covered strawberries, champagne, rose petals to suprise me on our arrival. Checkin was at 4pm..we arrived at 5.10 and our room was nt ready..also the checkin process was remidial. When we got to our room non of my husband's pre planning had be enacted..everything came in dribs and drabs....I aporeciated his efforts but he was so upset. 8 am so upset for him. Rooms clean, servers great but if you want romance or something special go else where

The property is beautiful. The room is very nice, but the service leaves so much to be desired. When I check in at Marriott properties I normally get welcomed based on my Bonvoy status and I get a choice of "rewards" (points, breakfast, upgrade, etc.) . Today, as I checked in I got absolutely nothing. I was fine with that and did not intend to make an issue of that. When my suitcases were brought to the room by a very friendly gentleman he asked if we would like some ice for our room as our travelling companions (in another room) were getting some ice. So we said we would like some ice. At of now (5 hours later) the ice has not been delivered. I am used to MUCH better.

We called in advance and asked for a rollaway. Hotel said they would said it up in our room. After a long day of traveling with exhausted kids, we were told not only that the bed wasn’t in the room, but also that the hotel refused to put one in there. The only way we could get the bed we needed was by booking *another* room, and we found all this out at 10:30 at night. Concierge offered a movie with popcorn to make up for it: unfortunately, this was useless because I don’t want to start a movie for my kids at 10:30pm. I just want your hotel to do what it said it would do or tell me otherwise, rather than shake me down for more money. Will be recommending against this hotel from now on.

We stayed here for my partners work for 4 nights. The hotel is just stunning. Our room was perfection. Comfy bed, huge room, large bathroom with really nice toiletries. The giant tub was perfect for long soaks. The staff were attentive. I took off one star for parking. If you valet it is $55/day. What they don’t tell you is there is a self park garage behind the hotel that is attached to the hotel on the 4th floor. 24 hour parking is $24 there and if you valet, your car is going in that garage. Yes, you don’t have in and out privileges and have to pay every time you leave, but if you calculate the rate for the time you are in the garage you still can’t get to $55. I think it was $8 for just a couple of hours. The valet was also a zoo every time we walked out the front door.

We recently spent a wonderful weekend at the St. Regis. We booked through our black card and were upgraded to the Empire Suite which was beyond compare. The pool area, St. Regis bar, chauffeur service were also very attentive and highly recommended. We can’t wait to return.

Am sitting in our room at the St Regis and writing reviews for our recent trip and realized I had never written a review for the St Regis Buckhead. We stay here probably close to 20 nights/year for business and pleasure. It has become our go-to place to stay when we are in Atlanta. We typically have a suite, which gives us plenty of room and has 2 bathrooms. The hotel is located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, which is quite convenient when your husband takes the car for business meetings! The pool is also quite nice and the staff is very attentive.

Has to be the worst experience I have had at any hotel and I travel extensively for work and pleasure. We checked out a day early after experiencing rude and threatening staff at the hotel, the icing on the cake was the threatening security guard with the gun! I don’t expect this sort of behaviour in a 5 star hotel - quite simply I won’t ever set foot in a St Regis Hotel again!!
