The property is beautiful. The room is very nice, but the service leaves so much to be desired. When I check in at Marriott properties I normally get welcomed based on my Bonvoy status and I get a choice of "rewards" (points, breakfast, upgrade, etc.) . Today, as I checked in I got absolutely nothing. I was fine with that and did not intend to make an issue of that. When my suitcases were brought to the room by a very friendly gentleman he asked if we would like some ice for our room as our travelling companions (in another room) were getting some ice. So we said we would like some ice. At of now (5 hours later) the ice has not been delivered. I am used to MUCH better.
