Very nice people and place for my 3-day stay in Atlanta. Feeling the hospitality of the city and people who gave me a lot help especially on some logistics arrangements. Also very convenient place to do some quick shopping.

This was, without question, the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at a St. Regis property. The hotel is outdated and fails to meet the standards typically associated with the St. Regis brand. The most egregious issue: I was involuntarily checked out of my room while my belongings were still inside — including critical prescription medications. Without my knowledge or consent, the hotel cleared the room and then refused to grant me access to retrieve my items. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation with both hotel management and the Marriott Ambassador Service, no one took accountability or offered a resolution. Because of the hotel’s negligence and complete lack of responsibility, I was forced to make an emergency urgent care visit to obtain a replacement prescription — an incredibly stressful and unnecessary ordeal. The staff not only failed to rectify the situation, but also showed an alarming disregard for guest safety and wellbeing. It’s clear this property does not uphold the service or integrity expected of the St. Regis name. While I generally enjoy St. Regis hotels, this location is an embarrassment to the brand. There are far better and more reliable options nearby. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

The St. Regis Atlanta is the city’s undisputed luxury leader—elegant, expansive, and attended by butlers who press your clothes and bring you coffee like it’s a privilege (because it is). Even standard rooms are large, well-appointed, and come with a bathroom that feels like a spa ad. Bonvoy elites will appreciate being treated like actual elites: you can take your breakfast wherever you like—in the restaurant or your robe. Butlers provide coffee or tea on the house, but beware: iced drinks aren’t included and will cost you upwards of $21, which feels more like Santa Barbara than Buckhead. The bar is stunning and vast but, curiously, as chilly in ambiance as it is in climate. The house car is a standout—beautifully kept, and piloted by a driver who’s basically a rolling TED Talk on Atlanta. The spa is expansive and well-run, with RFID wristbands unlocking lockers like you’re entering a Bond villain’s lair. Staff circulate in the relaxation areas with offers of the signature spa drink and delicate macaroons—small but appreciated touches. Just note: while the amenities are polished, the overall mood leans a bit austere rather than indulgent. The location is great for shopping and dining, though the grandeur does feel mildly dislocated when you’re gazing out at Whole Foods. Staff are generally kind and helpful, but the hotel—while undeniably beautiful—lacks some of the intuitive, experienced service you’d find at other St. Regis outposts. Still, it’s the most luxurious option in Atlanta. Just be ready to trade a little warmth for a lot of wow.

The spa was truly the highlight of my stay at the St. Regis Atlanta. I had the best massage by David—hands down, the most incredible massage I’ve ever experienced. I rarely leave reviews, but this one is a must! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was pure relaxation, and David’s expertise made all the difference. If you’re looking for an exceptional massage that will leave you feeling completely renewed, do yourself a favor and book with David. You won’t regret it!

The staffs attention to detail was extremely impressive. We had a last minute change of plans and had to stay in Atlanta another night. The staff booked us a room asap with all the upgrades! We will for sure be back! The spa was also about to accommodate us with a couple of last minute stress relief massages. Kristen has the magic touch for sure! Thanks everyone!
