First of all at check-in, we arrived at about 3:45 PM. We did not get into our room until 5:40 PM flying all the way from Oakland California coming to Atlanta for the first time very disappointing the attendant at the dash when we first got there was very rude. However, the house manager who stepped in. I cannot recall her name however, she did help us get into our rooms a little bit quicker. However, when we got into the room, there was a few pieces of furniture with ripped up pieces, the backboard of the chairs, very dirty, dingy. I walked out of my room and no more 57 feet from the door, and my entire sock foot was soaked, apparently there was some rain damage which you could see on the floor. There was a large portion of water damage to include standing water. I would imagine. Each time I use the house phone in the room to call the front desk I was transferred to somehow reservations, three different times , very disappointing I took my time in finding a hotel and unfortunately this one just didn’t hold the standards of what the online description of the hotel and staff pertaining to their website. I was told that I would hear from someone within 48 to 72 hours. I left Atlanta Saturday 28 October and now it’s now Friday. I am a single mother as there are many of us however, I spent money that I really didn’t have just spontaneously to do something for my 51st birthday so I’m very upset about it and the fact that I haven’t heard from no one steel that is upsetting.
