萬豪AC酒店(AC Hotel Atlanta Buckhead at Phipps Plaza)

My experience at the hotel was Overall Good. First room we got, the AC didnt work and we moved before unpacking. Its a policy that room cleaning has to be requested. Thats what dropped it to a 4 star for me. The employees arent entirely happy there. While I understand work drama exist everywhere. I don’t want to hear about it on my vacation. And much less be affected by it. When I requested service, a woman was servicing another room on my floor. However since it wasn’t her side, I only received towels not service.

Hotel is beautiful & in a really nice area. The only problem I had was the first night the bathroom smelled strong of urine. I cleaned on my own because it was late. I let the front desk know the next day and they took care of the cleaning. All and all pretty good stay

I have stayed at this hotel many times and am always very happy with the facility. The room I was assigned this time was incredibly odd with no real bathroom and just a shower off the main room and a separate door for a toilet. Very odd.

I always stay at the AC when visiting Atl. Very quiet, clean. Staff friendly and professional. Feels like a vacation regardless of reason to visit Atl

The only thing i didn't like about the property was that the rooms were too small and no microwave. I feel we didn't get our money's worth. I liked everything else about it.

Very well laid out small clean rooms. They need to improve the welcoming/signage at the parking levels because it’s a bit intimidating

The location and staff was great, I’d definitely stay here again. Plenty of shopping in the area.

The hotel is very good and located in a great area. The restaurant at the hotel has really bad food for dinner and breakfast.

Terrible customer service, information was not given re paid parking that cost us $25 per night after spending $341 for a one night stay the Hotel charged us an extra $25 per night for parking and $38 for breakfast for two for a cup of tea and a bowl of fruits. Terrible experience. Will never visit this property again!!! Mold in the shower!!!
